Would Pestilence be deliverable by such systems as the Uragan and Smerch MRLS, in a two-part warhead?

Why not just use that money to develop better counter-systems?

Skyre-They create the guns, warheads and adapt warpstone
Moulder-They would train rats for spreading of disease

So as for your question, pestlins could easily fill the warhead with desired weapon, but skyre would be in charge of makeing/fireing. If wanted, eshin could deploy them as "dirty bombs", but far more better.

Yellow Skull Fever:4 billion production rights
Warpstone gas:Sorry, no can do,
problem 1-You can only create the gas from messing around with warpstone that has been crushed
2-I am unwilling to trade warpstone(but in small amounts or gas)
3-Warpstone originated from a large meteor, so there is a limited supply(but not really limited due to the size and other smaller ones falling)
