The thickly paged report lay on President Ciel's desk, where he sat, gazing idly from his revolving chair, deep in thought. It was the latest handiwork of the Zoogiedom Intelligence Agencies, and the latest in a string of escalating tensions with Hawaiian Islands.

Before him was the Secretary of State Harrison, and Foreign Policy advisor Julus, both of who had read and analyzed the report and had already recommended the president a course of action. Ciel was initially reluctant, as Hawaiian Islands had been closely allied in the past, a nation we have always stood by even as the international communities turned against them occasionally...

At last, he sighed, taking off his glasses and setting them on the table. "I see that you had a point...I was wrong to prejudge."

"No problems, sir," said the advisor, Julus.

Ciel stood up and sighed, looking out the window of his office to the scene below. "Incessant crusading against Automagfreek...aggressive policies on the international scene...joining against us in everything, from our policy on the AMF-Allanean conflict, and now this."

He looked again at the thick report that lay on his desk, entitled Hawaiian Islands / Anti-Doujin Class Movement.

"You are positive that this intelligence is fantastic?" he said sharply.

"We are positive," assured Harrison, the secretary of state. "We have conclusive intelligence evidence, and supporting identical data from Tr-"

"That will do. I am confident in the capabilities of our intelligence agencies, and of DENP. However, I don't believe in denying second chances."

This was received with exasperation from the two other men in the office. "But, sir, you have given them dozens of - "

"I know, I know. But I will give them one more chance. Perhaps our colleagues in Truitt will do the same, perhaps not; it's up to them...but as we now see Hawaiian Islands as not only a severe conflict of interests and loose cannon, but as a direct and immediate threat to our nation and its servicemen...this will be the last, I assure you. Their threatening of destroying a Doujin class, which we and many of our allies own, and which is deeply associated with our allies Doujin and the Organization of Maritime Powers...is unacceptable. Their stance on Automagfreek...is unacceptable."

"Where's the chance?" asked Julus, frowning slightly.

"Well, they'll have to explain themselves, won't they?" said Ciel, allowing himself a smile.

The alliance of the Zoogies and the Tropical Legions is running thin...the threat and conflicts of interest too many...what has the Legions to say? You have used up all your straws...answer, if you still hold any regards for our alliance.

This is nothing against your nation OOCly, but ICly too many things have built up for an alliance to last...

"Sir! Zoogies are getting problems with us!" says one soldier.

At the International Affairs Meeting, just after the news was heard.

"Damnit! Zoogies are leaving us..." says President.
"Nooo! Not at this time! WHAT THE HELL ARE WE GONNA DO?!" screams Defense Minister Fred.
"SHIT! Our only trusted ally... *sighs*" yells International Affairs Rick.

"Shut up for christ's sake!" demanding silence by General Rich of the Tropical Army, "We are in a deep situation with Allied Affairs. We have gone to war a couple times with Zoogie on our side. This is our chance to let the world know we can do this and that alone!"

"Damn you! You're fired!" President arguing back, "We cannot stand alone. Tropical Legion and Mauiian Army is Powerful, but can't stand without Allied Support. But we must ask our Wise Military/Wars Minister Tran."

"Ah... Ask me..." replies Tran. "Ahem... We might have a chance to stand alone..."

"WHAT? YOU'RE CRAZY" yells the President, suddenly the Defense Minister tapes his mouth and points a gun on his head.

".. anyway.." continues on, "The Tropical Legion will make it's fall very soon."

The President breaks free and sighs,"We will need to send troops, lots of armed troops. We will defend Hawaii as much as we can. ANd when the time comes, Zoogie leaves us, maybe thousands will raid on us."

Everyone in the meeting looks sad.

President continues,"Nice to know all of you. But if some how a miracle happens, we will be powerful once again alone. Goodbye, I'm going home."

40 Body guards redirect President back home.

Our explanation is totally unknown. We will seperate if Zoogies demand. We will not take any words. But we will someday invade Zoogie.

Ciel turned away in disgust. "They offer no explanation for their actions and their threats? So be it. We did not demand ties to be cut; we gave them their chance. They threaten to invade us...let it be known that we have no interest for conflict; only no interest for further association. In ANY conflict between our nations...Hawaiian Islands will have been the instigator..."

Latest News

Economic sanctions have been imposed on Hawaiian Islands and all diplomatic ties have been severed. All military forces in Zoogiedom are currently in the process of leaving the nation, and Zoogiedom citizens are advised to, as well. Corporations have not yet invested heavily or expanded to Hawaiian Islands. HI citizens will not be regarded any differently; although we will ask their military to leave all bases in Zoogiedom.

In other news, Truitt and Zoogiedom have reached trade agreements at long last. Also, dead at 79 is famous actor P...

Losing another ally, Zoogies, have been a major fall since Hawaii's fight with Grenval. Thousands of Zoogie forces in Hawaii and Hawaiians in Zoogie is leaving. A 3.8 trillion economic worth has been put down. The relationships with Zoogie and Tropical Legion is broken.

In other ways to say it, War IS Possible. Many Zoogie-raced citizens in Hawaii is forced to leave, due to demands from Zoogiedom. However, there are struggles with mixed citizens. However to encourageour citizens to stay, we WILL go to war.

Drucker looked at the report recently placed on his desk. "Hmmm, what might this be, Fred?"

Fred looks at the Leader nervously "Sir, as you have requested we have tried our best to keep tabs on our former LHS allies, well several have ceased to exist and others simply left the alliance after the first collapse, but we recently found out that Zoogie was in a bit of a pinch, take a look for yourself."

Drucker starts reading the report. "So, Zoogiedom is getting threats from a former ally, and for no apparent reason. Well, I suppose since they did help us get an advanced position in the LHS we could help them out here."

Now Fred looks shocked. "But sir, what was the socialist, hell we were almost kicked from the alliance when we took power, half the soldiers in the LHS armed forces were removed from under our control, severely limiting the strength of our alliance and our position in the LHS, why should we help them now?"

Now Drucker is the one with the shocked look on his face. "If you recall correctly the Zoogies stood by us during those shaky times for our nation, we will honor our alliance to them, even if the LHS is dead, we still remember those days, back when Zoogie helped to defend us from ATA, when we stood strong together removing ATA from the LHS in order to preserve the alliance, to us the LHS is not dead, it just exists in a lesser form. Inform Zoogiedom, they have our full support."

400 Tropical SOldiers wait for the Arrival for Mr. Felton with a sign saying "Welcome, we will see each other personally tomorrow."

The Presidente spun around his Lay-Z-Boy Recliner, looking over the message given to him from the Zoogie People's President.
"Mr. Presidente, are you going to make a decision now or later?" Douvier James Townsend asked him.
"Tell them, we will stay on high alert. Order an Evac-Seven, and I want all alerts high on trade." he replied.
Evac-Seven was a fancy term used to say "All of thier citizens out of the Capitalia Cities."
"Sir, should we fully stop trade with them?" Councilari Angelo asked him.
"Not yet. Get dad on the phone, I need to talk to him about commerce. I don't want any civilian merchant ships even acting like they will go into Hawaiian Coastal or Air Borders." he replied putting his right hand on his upper-nose as if having a sinus headace. His father was the Don of the Angelo Family, and the lead CEO of Angelo and Associates Company, one of the largest companies in the region.
"Sir, he can do what ever he wants, law says we can not overwpoer the fam-" Douvier Townsend tried to say but was interupted, "He will listen." the Presidente said firmly.
"Our relations have been strong, although they are falling. I don't want any other Truitti to have to suffer becouse of some idiotic event at which we must play the friend and help. The list goes on and on about thier flaws, and rulling statistics." he tried to say to incourage his Cabinet. Hawaiian Islands was the main reason Truitt became its military presence, and was the whole reason Truitt is around today.

He looked back down, and signned the paper written by Central Intelligance Department (CID) Head Director Kevin Hostrum.

Presidente Angelo sits in his chair, all the Genralis form the Branches are in his room, along with every other man who is in the public eye.
"Send Z.P. a Telegram, say that we are with them, even if the relations break into war. I want all Sparty Island bases on full alert, and I want a full standby on Left-Banndment." Presidente Angelo said firmly to everyone. "Well, get tro work!" he explaimed, just as all the Generalis left the room.
"Sir, we are sending the message now. Do you think this will actually escalate into war?" Councilari Angelo, Kelly Angelo asked.
"Knowing Hawaii Islands, it will, and when one sign of hostility forms, I want two fleets out there now, send the first and secound Liberator to the Spartys now. I want a full bannment of all entering Hawaiians, and have all Hawaiian citizens sent to Tango Line Providence, do somethign nice like pay for thier homes or something..." he said. Truitt always provided homes for their guests, even if they hated them.
"Fine, but what about tonight, is it cancelled?" she asked him. They were going out for dinner tonight. "I wouldn't let you down for the world," he replied smiling.

Tropical Legion Citizens and Immagrants are hereby banned to be in Truitti Mainland for security reasons. We hwoever are preparing for conflect, but not wishing or expecting any. If the worst comes to Truitt, Zoogie People, or any other party, The Commarchsit Nation declairs its side.

High overhead, a communications satellite beeped as it orbited the globe. Onboard, fragments of calls were re-routed and then put back together for people communicating all over the globe.

What a coincidence it was then that Samtonia had a listening device on THIS of all satellites- Of course, the satellite was the one broadcasting the entire national discussions between The Zoogie People and members of the Tropical legion. How fortitious indeed....
