New Rome, Northern Doomingsland

It is a dark and stormy night, a large group of students gather in an abandoned wharehouse-

"Comrades! We are gathered here to plan the revolution!" shouted a man at the podium. There is much cheering in the crowd of students, they are quickly silenced with a motion of the speaker's hand.

"To long has our great nation been trapped by the barbaric traditions of our forefathers! To long has our nation been ruled by capitalist-imperialist-pig-dogs! Comrades! We must arise to slay the imperial beast, and reclaim the nation in the name of the people!"

The response is almost overwelming, the meeting is a secret, so noise must be kept to a minimum. They are once again silenced by the speaker.

"Comrade, how do we hope to acomplish our great task?" says a man in the crowd.

"I am glad that you asked, comrade. Comrades, please direct your attention to the back of the building."

The students do as they are told, and watch as several large crates are wheeled in. The speaker walks over to one of the crates, and prys it open with a crowbar. He takes something out and reveals it to the crowd: an AK74 rifle.

"Comrades! We have enough weapons to arm the entire city for the revolution! Arise, comrades, arise to crush the facsist pigs!"

There is more cheering.

"Comrades, it is our duty as leaders of the revolution to spread the word to the people, in several days, we will make our move."

The students make their way out of the buidling, eager to spread the word to their fellow citizens. They must be careful, however, the secret police are everywere.

Several days later

In the streets of New Rome, the people are peacefully protesting the governments pro-buisiness policy. They only represent a small percentage of the population, but they are a willing minority. Willing to force their ways upon others.

Police begin to arrive on the scene, and kindly ask the protesters to disperse. The cops are surprised to see that they are disobeyed. They quickly see were the situation is headed, and call for the riot squad.

By the time the riot squads' armored vans arrive on scene, the crowd has grown immense. 50 elite riot police exit their vehicles, and whip out their shock batons and riot shields. They march in formation towards the immense crowd, pounding their shields with their batons, making a loud noise that makes some people leave. Their P90 submachineguns show clearly on their chests, and the protest turns into a riot. People throw stones and roten fruit at the police, greatly annoying them. They immediatly rush the crowd, and beat down 30 people instantly, and throw them in the paddy wagon. This, in turn, angers the rioters.

One of the students of the meeting waws about to carry out his assigned part. He is armed with a Dragunov rifle, and brings the head of one of the embattled cops into his crosshairs.

CRACK

The cops saw what had happened, drew their P90s and opened fire into the onrushing crowd. Several police where overwelmed and crushed, the rest retreat.

This was only part of the plan.


Bombs are set off at all of the police stations simultaniously, and propagnada was broadcast throughout the city, causing thousands to join their cause. The city was in the control of the speaker from the meeting, AKA, the Red Doom.

The revolution had begun.

The Doom Citidel, Doom City


A marine is sitting at his station in the basement, and recieves word of the riots via the radio at his station. He immediatly heads for the Great Hall. He climbs the narrow spiraling staircase of the ancient dark building. He at last comes to the massive oak doors of the hall, and throws them open.

"My emporer, there is a riot in progress in the city of New Rome!"

A riot was almost unheard of in a nation such as Doomingsland, were order is a most cherished thing.

"WHAT! WHO IS REPONSIBLE!"

"We believe that a communist organization may have instegated them. Either way, the city is now under their control."

The emporer calmed down. He contemplated why this could have hapened.
This hasn't happened before since the 1950's revolution, back when I was in the marines. We were no longer an empire then, I fixed that. he thought to himself.
If I could defeat the government commies, then these should be no different.

"Mobilize the militia, and commence non-lethal airstrikes. I want that city back in two days max."

"Yes, my lord."

The marine left the hall to transmit his orders.

30 miles to target

In the skies, 5 B52 bombers make their way toward New Rome to assist in the crushing of the revolt. They are armed with massive teargas bombs, enough to cover the city in a clowd of gas.

"This is Hammer four, ETA on target, five minutes."

The bombers continued on their way to the city. The people on the ground could see little specs in the clear skies, but mistook them for birds. Big mistake.

"This is Hammer four, dumping payload, I'm gone."

Several hundred tons of teargas rained from the sky on the city, burning their eyes, and causing many to vomit. There would be even more to come, but the children of the revolution wouldn't go down without a fight.

On the ground-

The people of the city were running to there homes to hide from the gas. People were vomitting in the streets and banging into each other. There was utter chaos. The revolutionaries seemed to have forgotten that Doomingsland had a military. The militia had surrounded the city. Poeple were fleeing from the city, and were taken in for processing by the militia.

The militia, unlike the regular army, was equipt with Soviet and Chinese made weapons, such as the T55 and Type 98. Their main weapon was the AK74m rifle, which was a hand-me-down from the main army after they switched to the XM8.

Men loaded in BTR80s, 60s, and URAL trucks began to enter the city, taking back a portion. When they tried to advance more, they came under fire from Comunist forces. Armored support was called for, and tanks began to arive. The situation was very bleak for the revolution.

The militia had retaken the rest of the city by the next morning. The heaviest fighting occured around a rebel weapons cache that was secured by the militia, than attacked by the rebels repeatedly, forced back every time. Most of the communists surrendered, and were sent to 're-education centers' to reafirm their loyalty to the Empire.

The casualties were somewhat low, 45 dead, 98 wounded, 3 missing. These casualties should never have happened, and the leader of the revolt, who was captured, will stand trial for 45 accounts of murder, 98 attempted murders, and high treason. More than enough to have him tortured and executed.

President J.L. was giving a press conference discussing military aid to Generia in their war against Palombia, when all of a sudden his aide walked in, leaned forward, and whispered something in his ear. J.L. frowned, nodded, and then held up his hand to motion to all the jabbering journalists to be silent.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I am very sorry," he said, straightening his glasses. "A matter of utmost importance has been brought to my attention. I regret to inform you all that this conference will have to be adjourned prematurely."
He walked out of the room and into the hallway, where one of his top generals awaited him.
"What's the situation, General?" J.L. asked.
"Well, Mr. President, there seem to be a series of violent demonstrations made by leftist radicals in Doomingsland. The country is on the brink of a full-fledged revolution, and it looks like things are going to get ugly, so I'd suggest-"
"General, I will be making the suggestions, not you. Thank you," J.L. said.
The General nodded and left.
President J.L. turned to his aide. "Send a telegram to Emperor Halldawg notifying him that we are willing to aid him in whatever way we can. Then, notify Parliament that I wish to convene a meeting to discuss this matter further."
"Yes, sir."

Thank you for your concern with this issue, but I assure you, everything is now under control. The radicals are now either dead, or at a reeducation center. The college they went to is now under a full investigation. So far, we have discovered that the teachers were using subliminal messaging to send anti-government messages to the students. The teachers are also in the process of reeducation. Thank you again for your concern, I will notify you further if more developes.

The black ops were recieved, and housed in a massive barracks complex in the capital. Each man was givin 300$ spending money for buying suveniers in the capital, as it is unlikely another riot will occur.

Ritaerd University, Doomingsland

Students were standing around the university, handing out flyers for an upcomming meeting of the student political club. Due to the extreme paranoia of the Doomingsland secret police, they had planted an operative inside the campus.

After doing some research, the operative discovered that the political club was left leaning. It was decided that the meeting would be bugged, and if it was discovered to be another plan at a revolution, spec ops would swarm the building and arrest everyone.

This intell was forwarded to all allies who are assisting.

The vans drive to an industrial estate in new rome and the soliders disenbarkand unload their equipment. another 29 black ops are already inside waiting for the last men and weapons.

unloading cases the soliders have M6 battle rifles, hanguns, high calibre snipers rifles, automated turret systems, M83A2 SADAR anti armour weapons and a large quantity of PE4 plastic explosives.

A militia BRDM-2 was tasked with tracking several vans that had just entered New Rome. He was driving far behind the van, as to not attract attention. A Commanche was also assisting in tracking. They followed it to an industrial park, and had the place put under survalence.

Political Science Building-

The building had been bugged beforehand, and SPAS(secret police assualt squad) team was laying in wait.

The Doom Citidel-
The Emporer sat upon his throne in the Great Hall, watching TV, waiting for his next meeting. The walls were decorated with thousands of skulls, skulls of slain enemies. The most recent addition was that of the Generian terrorist, Ulrich. The rotting flesh still showed on his head.

The doors were thown open, and in walked his guest.

Talbitt: Well, Emperor, as you know R.L. sent us to make sure there was no attack on the palace. It seems the commies are now under control, so, anything you want us to clean up before we RTB?
Not that I can think of... how about you and your men tour New Rome for a day? Our militia men may need help in preventing another revolt, but its unlikely.

Emperor Alexei watched the situation unfolding in his allies lands. Of course the revolution would never succeed, Alexei knew the Emperor well enough to know that the traitors would pay dearly. Still, it would serve as a good exercise for the praetorians, if they were dispatched for riot control and special operations duties. Yes, that was what he would do. Alexei made the call to General Ivan Kreschnev, commander of the Imperial Praetorians, the Emperor's personal bodyguards and the best of the best. The Praetorians were gathered mostly from the tribes of nomadic steppe people, the descendants of the great Ukrainian cossacks. They were warriors from birth. It was in their blood.

ooking out of a window one of the blackops see's a glint of light behind a broken window across the street he turns round as shout's "we're under surveillance battle stations"

soldiers pull on body armour grab weapons take up firing positions covering the doors and lower level windows. 4 automated turrets cover the main entrance hall. on the rooftop are 2 men with high calibre sniper rifles and a stack of 1 shot anti armour weapons.

looking through his scope the first sniper lines up an unmarked car parked 3 blocks up the road with two men wearing body armour sat in it one looking through binoculars. the sniper squeezes the trigger sending a .50 calibre RAOFUSS round towards the driver.
