The Holy Republic of Tattwanah has begun oppressing it's people in the most vicious and cruel ways.
The Council of Maguses, the ruling clique of occult ritual magicians have created a non-democratic dictatorship. Their people have no rights to freedom of worship and are compelled to follow the Council of Maguses dark religion of human sacrafice and demon worship. While we recognize freedom of religion, we as a Commonwealth of sane, democratic nations abhor the slaughter of innocents in the annual sacrafices on Tatwanah's holy days.
We therefore declare Tattwanah to be a rouge state, and wan the Council of Maguses that outlawing voting and the continual practice of human sacrafice will lead to possible military action by the Commonwealth.
