OOC: This is the introduction of a new nation, one that has been in isolation for the last few hundred years. They are currently at WW1-WW2 tech and have sent out planes to scout out the area. They have expanded recently, taking over several smaller nations and finaly breakingtheir centuries long isolation.
IC: The only sound was the drone of an airplane engine. Lt. David Anderson of the Serti Ariforce had been sent out to scout the surronding area. The sky was clear and blue and below him was a patchwork of fields. He glanced to either side and began a slow descent. He had spotted a city in the distance. Suddenly he spotted a dot on the horizon. He squinted.
"What the..?"
About a minute later it was identifiable as a Beoing 747. It whizzed past him at incredible speed (To him anyway) and his one-man aircraft was sent tumbling.
"AHHHHHH!" he screamed.
He wrestled with the control stick, trying to bring his aricraft out of the tailspin. Within seconds of hitting the ground he managed to pull out. He waited for his heart to slow down as he took deep breaths and concentrated on his flying. A few minutes of flying later he was over the city. He flipped a switch and the camera lashed to his aircrat started taking pictures. He turned for home.
OOC: If anyone wants to jump in, go ahead. We've sent similar missions out to various places.
