"So let me get this straight. We have several TRILLION in military budget surplus we didn't know about. The Edolians have more aircraft than we do, but we have more money. We have 17 trillion dollars, but only about 4 million troops, of which 3 millions are non-combat troops. We have virtually no airdefense. Is that basically correct?"

"Officer! Take away the body and sell it for organs. We need a new Chief Logistics Officer. We also need to order 10,000 Anne Coulter Mark III fighter-bombers. Yes, you heard me right. No, I don't care what they cost. And we need an air defense network in East Allanea. And we need more ships."
