During the recent war with Aust, Modern Atlantis took a heavy beating. Their capital city was for the most part destroyed. If it wasnt for their allies, we would be dead. The remaining council members agreed on to "modernize" Atlantis. We would like modern countrys to send educators to teach the atlantean people on modern technology, to help get schools up, and to share technology. Also we need enough weapons to have a stable military. We cannot offer much, as we are a poor nation currently.

We ask you to but look in the direction of our storefront (http://members.cox.net/resicorp/), and the Modern City Pack included there. It may be a bit pricey, but I'm sure you and I can nail out a payment plan for one or two cities.

Although Resi has a very good deal there, you might not want to be that advanced. If not, Nagona Weapons Inc. can send 200-500 teachers, and 1000-2000 construction workers with skills on how to build a modern, and defendible city.

Risi we dont wish for an entire new city! besides we could never afford it!I believe we have a misunderstanding, sir. We aren't selling you a city, but modifying one you already have. Also, you could afford it, but it would up your national debt a bit.
However, don't you think it would be worth it to have instantly-converting factories and disease/pollution-free cities? We think it most certainly would, at least for a major city like your capital.

Nycton could modernize your military. We can send up too 5,000 Military Advisors and send up to 5 million Ak-101 and Ak-102 Assualt Rifles. Do you accept?

We will send you, if you want, schematics, a prototype, technicians, and the proper equipment to build a kinetic generation module. What if does is transfer the kinetic energy of shaking particles, and transfers them into useable energy. Multiple of these modules, placed deep enough underground, could produce huge amounts of energy. It has the byproduct of severely dropping the temperature in the area around the module, but underground, it wouldn't matter. If you could place one of these in the mantle, the constantly flowing lava wouldn't get a chance to freeze into solidity, at you would get great amounts of power from just one module. The entire works will only cost you ten billion USD. We'll put you on a payment plan, if need be.
