In a recent dictate by Ganzkaiser Otto Petinski XIV, a new government institute, known as the Gentechnikansalt, or, in English, Genetic Engineering Institute, will be created. With much government funding, it is being charged with the following tasks:
1. Study and culture various diseases in secure perimeters.
2. Find vaccines and cures for various diseases.
3. Discover efficient ways to genetically engineer humans to eliminate debilitations (such as poor eyesight, SIDS, et cetera).
