Acting Premier Henry Fabus (The 2nd oldest son of the Premier who is injured and bed ridden) has called for a conference of all nations to discuss the situation in Angola.

Note Henry Fabus is the only anti-imperialist in the Fabus family and his main concern at the conference will to be assure the safety of the white mississippians who he cares so much for.

Points:

1) The counter-insurgency campaign against the increasingly large black forces in Angola is showing little if any appreciable results.

2) The campaign is costing an estimated 100 billion dollars per month paid for mostly by the Imperial government in Mississippi.

3) The guerilla war in ruining Angolan infrastructure and the economy. Over 1/5 of the whites in Angola have already packed up and left, and more continue to leave each day.

4) The guerilla war has been going on for almost 5 months with no end in sight.

5) The black guerillas recently began using conventional scud missiles against white civilian targets. We are investigating where they got these.

6) The black guerilla armies are using Namibia, Zambia, and Zaire as safe havens and staging areas to launch attacks into Angola.

7) The black guerilla armies are terrorizing the black masses, the majority of whom support the white colonial government, into supporting the black communist groups.

8) Over 200,000 black guerillas have been killed in this campaign thus far.

9) Over 70,000 whites (Civilians and soldiers) have been killed in this war.

10) Over 5,000 isolated white farmers have been assassinated in campaigns of terror in the rural regions of Angola.

11) Colonial authorities now exercise little control outside of the cities. Only a few parachute units and light units operate in the rural areas to protect the over 500,000 white farmers and their families.

12) Colonial forces in Angola grow smaller each day as white flight continues.

13) The blacks have no problem with committing atrocities.

14) Over 500,000 blacks have starved to death thus far from the consequences of the war. (Occ- The colonial government cutoff all food truck shipments to the black townships to "Teach them a lesson")

15) There seems to be no real solution to the problem.

Acting Premier Henry Fabus is mainly concerned with safeguarding the whites and their property and assuring that peace is achieved.

Angolan Colonial Governor-General Peter Stahlecker is mostly concerned with getting rid of the blacks either through genocide or mass-deportation.

Falastur would be happy to send a delegation to the talks, and will be persuing the main aim of attempting to use Henry Fabus' better judgement to create an agreement over the downsizing of the illegal CM Empire.

Foreign Minister Paul Stahlecker, Interior Minister Aruthur Frick, and Propaganda Minister Joseph Mladic are attempting to invoke "Rule 19" against Henry Fabus and remove him from his position as acting Premier. In his place they are suggesting his younger brother Roger Fabus, the 19 year old hard-line imperialist.

The issue will go before the cabinet in a few hours.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Paul Stahlecker (40) He is the minister of Foreign Affairs for CM. Very intelligent (IQ of 163). He stands out because he is 6’4 and is very imposing. Although the average male height in CM is 5’11. Rumor has it that when Eleanor Fabus was 19 and Stahlecker was 38, that the two had an affair, it is unclear if this actually occurred and if they are still seeing each other. He helps see to it that friendly foreign nations that need military and economy assistance get it. He also helps see to it that white guerilla armies are in communication with CM military forces. Very renowned for his racially offense remarks that he doesn't hesitate to make on live international TV and radio.


Minister of Party Propaganda Joseph “The Jew Baiter” Mladic (39) The chief propaganda minister of Communist Mississippi. Renowned for his history of provoking Jews into exploding with rage against him on national TV while he maintained a calm and cool composure, he attempted to get Jews to come across as violent and mean people who don’t like to debate but rather attack enemies. One of his episodes of “Jew Baiting” resulted in him receiving a broken nose and a black eye when he told a Jewish man that, “Swine like you are only here because they didn’t kill enough of your grandparents during World War two.” He is the chief editor and the owner of the newspaper, “On the Attack”, and does the radio broadcast, “Exposing the Enemy”. His most famous quote, printed in his newspaper, is “The Jews are our misfortune.”

Minister of Finance Alfred Speer (41) He is the minister of finance for Communist Mississippi and one of his sons (Karl Speer) is a youth sgt training for the Republican Guard. Speer mainly oversees allocation of proper funds and labor to government projects. He is heavily involved in the forced labor camps as he worked out the projected profits and costs that the camps would produce. He was not involved with the death camps.

Minister of Economics Fritz “The Calculator” Ernst (41) He is the minister of economics for CM, brother of Wilhelm Ernst. He is a very intelligent man and he earned his nickname after some of his peers said, “Fritz is like a calculator.” The nickname stuck. He is tasked with working out projected industrial production, making sure things are properly allocated etc. He was involved with the forced labor camps, but not the death camps.

Minister of Religion Bishop/General Herman Von Felben (36) Bishop in the CM Catholic Church and a brigadier general in 14th Republican Guard Armored Division “God’s Wrath” (Drawn from the CM clergy and monastic orders). His most famous quote is, "Take up the sword my brethren, and answer the call, answer the call and fight for Christ and Mother Church." He is also the spiritual leader of the group, “Christian Martyrs Brigade” which is the militant wing of the “Christian Crusade Movement”.

Minister of Paramilitary Operations Slobodan Karloff (39) Hard-line right-winger who firmly supports the use of paramilitary and proxy armies in conflicts CM cannot get directly involved in. He oversees the allocation of funds to the WKM paramilitary units, the Popular army units, and “other units”.

Minister of Defense Vladimir Markovic (48) He is the minister of Defense for Communist Mississippi. He oversees all allocations of funds for the armed forces and other defense forces.

Minister of Intelligence Radomir Stevanovic (47) He is the minister of Intelligence for Communist Mississippi. Works directly with the Department of Internal Security (DIS), the DIS SP (Secret Police), and the DIS DI (Domestic Intelligence).

Minister of the Interior Arthur Frick (39) He is the minister of the Interior for Communist Mississippi. He is a firm believer in the Revolutionary Right Party and the Premier Curtis Fabus. Was a paratrooper from 1983-1985 (medical discharge after injured in combat). His main responsibility is drafting, signing, and administering laws.

Minister of Education Eleanor Fabus (21) A daughter of the Premier, she is the Minister of Education. Approved the requirement for racial science, political loyalty, and weapons training to take place in all schools, whether public or private. 5’8. 124lbs. Blonde hair, blue eyes.

Minister of Justice Victoria Fabus (18) A daughter of the Premier serves as the Minister of Justice for the People’s Justice Department (It’s just a kangaroo court). Also she serves as a diplomat in the department of foreign relations. 5’8. 126lbs Red hair, hazel eyes.

Minister of Agriculture Francisco Fernando De Villa (38) The minister of Agriculture who advocated and lobbied for the addition of Libya, Western Sahara, Mississippian Egypt, and Angola to the Mississippian empire for the sake of increasing farm output by setting up over 3 million white farms throughout the African colonies.
