CM will pledge to continue economic trade deals with them to keep their economy solvent.

The Libyans will be permitted to use the several dozen desalination plants at Zuwarah as the city will be theirs to do with as they please.

We will build a wall to separate Arabian Libya and Mississippian Libya, and we will garrison our side of the wall.

We will also pledge to defend them should the need ever arise.

Arabian Libya will be permitted to maintain a police force of approximately 250,000 armed with weaponry deemed appropriate for police duty. They may also maintain 30,000 reserve army soldiers to be trained and equipped by Mississippi. Mississippi will also pay their salaries, they will be paid above average wages for their area of the world.

Libya as it is will be renamed Mississippian Libya. And the arab land will be called "Arabian Libya".


These terms may be negotiated and changed if necessary, this is by no means the final settlement, but this is the general idea.

We congratulate the CM government for this wise decision, product of its cooperation with the International Community.
We approve this proposal and from now on, we hereby recognise the independence of the Arab Lybia.

In accordance with our will to pursue compromise, we will airlift 22nd Arborne Division and ship the 131s Motor-Rifle division to the arab lands, for security purposes. We are also moving specialist engineer units. We will provide security in the area with a CVBG consisting of:

1 Kuznetsov and 1 Orel-class CVN
1 Moskva-II CVH (also useable by Yak-141M)

As the Brigade arrived, it decided to march inland to establish their campament and then proceed with their first mission: Assure medical and hygiene to the cities near its campament. Also, it will start intelligence operations in the cities to prevetn any terrorist organisation to raise up.

I am fortifying the Arabian Libya/Mississippian Libya border and plan to make it 10x greater than the modern equivalent of the Maginot line and it will actually work this time! Well hopefully we'll never need to find if it can stop an army, we will see everyday perhaps if it can stop terrorists.

We have the right to defend ourselves. We've pulled all our settlers out of Zuwarah (there never were any in Ghadamis) so there should be no issue. They keep their Arabian Libya, and stay the heck out of Mississippian Libya.

This is a mockery of a real settlement. Forcing the Arabs into a slice of their homeland, and walling it off to prevent them from rising up again. These international "peacekeepers" are nothing but an occupational force designed to keep the Arabs in line with your ideals. I am sorry to see so many nations accepting this situation.

We don't want Western Libya, it's mostly worthless desert (Except for a few cities and such) that we had little success turning into large-scale farming. There are canals and a few thousand farms, but nothing that great. Also there were never more than 20,000 whites living in what is now "Arabian Libya" they all moved out when we told them "The army is pulling out, you can stay and live with the arabs, or come to Mississippian Libya". Not a single one stayed.

The Sevaris troops are welcome to the SD base camp outside Zuwahra. It's large and have room and supplies for all of your troops..

We thank you for that. We will also build an Air Force Base to aid in air patrol. 2,500 troops will proceed to Ghadamis to help in providing basic services.

About 20 angry colonial air force pilots are flying their planes right along the border between ML and AL to try to anger the arabs. The Imperial Air force is keeping about a 10 mile distance from the border and is ordering all Colonial units to do likewise. Most are, except for a few who are angry over the handing over of AL to arabs.

The forces that Grunge-France has in Arab Lybia are now in high alert due to the white colonists´thread. Their anti-air weapons are ready to take down any hostile aircraft.
