If you got Balkan nations in Earth II and want them to be protected then join the Balkan League! All the Balkan nations that join will protect each other during time of wars. So I encourage the Balkan nations to join!

Nikolaos The Great (Greece, Albania and Macedonia)
Generic Empire (Bulgaria)
Euroslavia (Slovenia, Serbia and Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia)

Bulgaria and Romania are the nations that make up the empire. (If someone else claims Romania, then only Bulgaria).

Normally, I avoid alliances, but I see no harm in joining this one.
I am in control of Slovenia, Serbia and Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia.

Maybe as a first action, within the Balkan Alliance, we can have a joint military exercise, also, we can gather our diplomats together to discuss other things as well.
