Years ago(NS time, many months RL time) the borders of Scellia closed, and nothing was heard from within until now. As sudden as this was, its reason became appearent quickly enough, it was the only way to survival. The region housing Scellia was breaking apart, and chaos reigned in the neighboring states as their internal strife torn them apart. When all was said and done, and the dust had settled, all the remained of the proud countries was blasted ruins and bands of nomads. Now, after the disaster has taken its course, Scellia once again emerges into the the geopolitical situation. Its citizens are taking a look at the surrounding world and becoming interested, Scellia is returning.
OOC: A long time ago I got bored with the forums taking forever to load, now that these forums work I decided that it was time to return. All the nations in my area where gone, dead, so I decided that was the IC reason why I just up and left. Plus my tech level was steadily moving toward future so I needed to revise it back down and this provides the perfect excuse.
