During the Ill-Fated defense of Normandeicht, it was noted by Federated captains that ESUS and AoN forces did not cooperate as well as we would have hoped. The Federation Council has been informed of the situation between the ESUS and the AoN and would like to offer a nuetral meeting ground for both sides to meet and discuss the possibility of an alliance, or at the least for goodwill between both sides.

As such, Atheos, the capital world of the Federation has been prepared for a coference, should representatives of the ESUS and AoN choose to attend. Our hopes are that many issues can be resolved between these two bodies, so that current threats may be given the full military attention, without worry of attack from behind.

The Council hopes that these bodies appreciate the significance of peace, awaits reply from the AoN and the ESUS.
