There seems to be alot of countrys in nationstates who own real world land. However it now appears that almost all the real world land is taken. So to make it legit when I own land, Terronian is looking to puchase real world land from anyone who owns it.

You seem somewhat mistaken; there are numerous 'versions' of any given landmass claimed by any number of folks, stemming from the fact that the sheer number of people involved makes any universal claim to RL terra firma a logistical imposibility. There are too many people involved to organise claims, and whenever people try, the threads are usually flooded by those 'claiming' huge swaths of land, sea, or space, in an attempted land grab; hell, I once saw someone ask is someone owned a particular moon, and by the end of the first page, several nations, including multipule day-olds, had staked claims.
There are countless "Russia"s, "England"s, "North America"s, etc, not one any more 'legit' than any other. The RL world has been claimed many, many times over; I'd be suprised if there was a scrap of land within 50 lightyears of Sol that hadn't been claimed atleast twice.
