The ARSB Parliament has allocated $2 Trillion USD amount to fund the research of several new and useful pieces of equipment, primarily for the ARSB Navy.

The first system is an Aerial Threat Fleet Defense System, currently code-named 'Jericho'. The system will allow for the finding, targetting and engagement of aerial threats, whether it be aircraft or missile, at extreme ranges with weapons systems under development that would be included in the comprehensive 'Jericho' system.
The second is currently only known as 'Savage'. The only details of this project being released is that three formerly mothballed Nimitz-class aircraft carriers (replaced by the Chlevenkov super carrier and battle carriers purchased) are being taken out of their storage yards and extensive work is being done to them.
The final project is only referred to as "Halberd". The only detail released about this project is the fact that it is a weapon.
