After the Generian communist revolution, and the tragic death of Emperor Vladimir Kreschnev II, there ensued a bloody civil war between two factions: the Republican forces and the Imperial loyalists. The death of President Sandor Zadaprushki marked the end to the short, but bloody conflict. It was commonly accepted that Generia would reinstate the Imperium. A general, who had made himself a hero by stopping impending destruction of the capital, named Dimka Yaroslav was secretly selected to become Emperor.

General Yaroslav walked down the aisle of the Generia City Cathedral. He was followed by members of his army, and a certain Captain Mikhail Palobiski, another hero of the Civil War. Watching the closed proceedings was every influential member of Generian government and several foreign diginitaries.

Yaroslav approached the ceremonially dressed bishop The bishop was the head of the church of Generia, Peter III. The bishop spoke a blessing to the Emperor in latin, and then commanded him to kneel. The bishop removed a ceremonial crown from the altar before him. He spoke once again in latin, as he placed the crown upon the head of the former General.

"In the name of our lord, and the people of our great nation, I crown you Alexei, the savior. Bring this name honor through your wisdom and leadership."

Emperor Alexei I rose, now lord of all Generia.

The Emperor is given a different name at the time of his coronation by the head of the church of Generia.

(OOC: Alexei sounds better for an emperor than 'dimka'))

OIC, well its your empire so. Me, I just use the last name of the guy. For example, I am Emperor Kellerman of Imperial Artica.

Emporer Helldawg stood cheering for the new emporer of Generia. He was dressed in his traditional black battle armor wore by all of the emporers before him. His, sword, Ironwind, was slung on his back. He approached the newly proclaimed emporer.
"Congradulations. Now, I propose an alliance between our two peoples to further bring prosterity to both of our nations." he said in his usual emotionless tone.

Alexei bowed regally to Emperor Helldawg.

"It would be an honor to Generia to ally ourselves alongside your mighty empire. What are your terms?"

The emporer took out a scroll, written on it were the terms.


Article One-Signatories will aid one another if under the threat of invasion.
Article Two-Signatories will have no tarriff's on each others goods.
Article Three-Weapons technology will be shared.
Article Four-Under no circumstances are the signatories to attack one another.
Artcile Five-Signatories will be expected to assist one another in a just war.

"What say you, Emporer?"

The emporer took out a scroll, written on it were the terms.

"Your terms are acceptable. Let this alliance stand proudly for the years to come. Let our progeny sing the praises of the union, and let our enemies tremble in fear of the combined force of our venerable nations."

The two parties then proceeded to toast the alliance in the traditional fashion.

Hey Doom, did you make the alliance for CAD or for yourself? Cause if you just did it for yourself then I should propable make an alliance as well.

OOC: We should put permenant garrisons in each others countries in the event of another civil war, you seem to be having plenty of them.

The emporer stood over the table which the scroll was placed on.
"We shall sign the way I always sign alliances: in blood." And with that, he drew his knife, and slit his palm, dripping the blood on the scroll. Miraculessly, the wound healed in a matter of seconds. (if you read through the history RP, you would know why).
"Your turn," he said to his new ally.

Alexei took the knife, and, rolling up the sleeve of his ceremonial jacket, slit his palm. The blood dripped onto the scroll, and Emperor Alexei crafted the pool into a signature. The newly appointed Lord chancellor handed the emperor a strip of cloth, which he wrapped around the wound.

((OOC: A permanent garrison would be fine.))

OOC: I'll just leave a division behind after we're done with the Alberians, you can ship a division over to my country. BTW, do you want to join the alliance I'm in? We're called the CAD(took the first letters of the founder's names). Its basicly a giant alliance with the same terms as the pact I just signed.
