I , The commander in chief of the Texocarolinian Armed Forces, hereby decalre war on the Parliament Funkadelic of Sygnus Minor, and the Nomadic Peoples of Namuh, at 7:01 p.m., E.T.

Let me inform other Nations that this Nation Texocarolinia is part of my region. Me and a couple of my fellow nations wanted a new delegate...thats all. But he refused to let us vote for a new one. The delegate is Peaceland who in the end isn't as peaceful as he says he is. Then Texo here declares war on us because he says we are picking on the smaller nations. This is wrong and he threatens us. If he wants war than I will let him have it!.

Let me inform all nations of the REAL reasons behind the Roguestanian Civil War...our region is divided into two factions, the old members, and the new members, now the old member greatly outnumber us new members population wise, but there are more of us new members... the old roguestanians felt misrepresented by our regional delegate, Peaceland, who is a newer roguestanian..well, since we newer roguestanians outnumber the old, Peaceland will be kept the regional delegate in voting...the old does not like being represented by Peaceland, so they have threatened to take action against Peaceland and those who support him if he does not step down, even though he got the majority of the vote...so I as a nation cannot let those nations in the minority take control of my region just because they are larger...Majority Rules....

Little outstreched. Well, im calling to other nations to tell me what they think. New and old doesn't make any difference. We were not represented the way we wanted and we wanted a new delegate so these new nations ridicule. Actually only two nations doen't support us. So it is war!

It is to be war, but let us not lose our sense of humanity...We Roguestanians may have a warior fighting spirit, but let us not take it out on civvilians and non-combatants..i call for no nuclear weapons to be used in the Roguestanian Civil War, and hope that all countries, allies and enemies alike, follow this lead and promise not to use WMD...
