"Today our nation was ripped apart by islamic terrorists in the Dnever region. These criminals claim they want their own nation but for what purpose? Dnever has always belonged to Drabikstan. It's very culture and people are Drabikistani. This is not another Kosovo. We do admit that ethnic minorities in the Dnever region may want more authority. However, 41% of Dnever's population is ethnic Drabikstani. They do not wish to join any such criminal state controlled by radical minorites and terrorists.

The terrorists say the government of President Xer Kibard is to blame for this conflict. However, they were the ones who fired the first shots. They are the ones who kill innocent people in an attempt to further their extremist cause. If these terrorists are allowed to hijack the Dnever region and hold its people to ransom, the terrorist masterminds will establish a regime in Dnever like that of Afghanistan's Taliban. Drabikstan will be the first victim but soon both East and West will be targeted by these fanatics. Foreign terrorists have already flooded into Dnever to support their fanatical brothers.

We would also like to address the lies that the terrorist leadership in Dnever has been spreading about the conflict in the region. The government of Drabikstan currently has no military forces in the Dnever region. The terrorists claim government forces are bombing villages. This is an absolute lie considering we have no aircraft capable of such attacks.

The terrorists controlling the Dnever region have now officially declared their independence. We urge the international community not to support any such state. Dnever still belongs to Drabikstan and that will not change. Any move to officially recognize Dnever's independence will be considered an act of war against Drabikstan."

"Xer Kibar is for us the true terrorist in dnever region. We know that drabikstani people aterrorize our people with rules, stupid rules. Our children don't have food, health and education. Don't have religion education. Because Xer Kibar want create a Pure Racial Nation, the Nation for the Dabrikstani People. And my Government will help the Dnever People to fight fou their independence."

Reluctant to pledge support to either side, the Aequatian Republic is urging the Drabikstan government to allow Aequatian observers into the Dnever region to see if such violence and crimes are the fault of either Drabikstani forces or Dnever terrorists.
