Field Marshal Dr. Baldur von Schacht “Doctor Of Death” (43) The overall commander of Special Weaponry research and development. He earned his nickname by conducting experiments with chemical and biological weapons on people (convicted felons). He also conducts high-altitude, temperature, and other experiments on POWs and detainees. Came up with the idea for VX gas chambers to get rid of opponents of the Fabus Regime. Rich, handsome, charming, he is also the most intelligent and imaginative doctor in CM. He is working on the IG Virus project and he is making the IG-BS strain, a strain that will live in water for as many as 10 days. More of a practical man than an idealist, he just wants to get his work done and the Fabus regime was the best opportunity to get work done. Field Marshal Reginald “Bloody Hands” Smith (42) the commander of the 1st RG Division, “Judgment Day” Division of the Republican Guard. Tasked with overseeing “Operation Purification”. Born in Mississippi in 1963. American descended from English. Supported the idea for VX gas chambers. Ranked as the handsomest public figure if CM. A unit of RG soldier gave Smith his nickname in 1988 when he was a captain and in battle again Indians. It was noticed that he had a large amount of blood on his hands, because he had just personally executed ten captured Indian warriors. The name stuck and caught on; and now his friends in the high command call him “Bloody Hands” Smith. Smith is also the deputy commander of the Republican Guard Internal Security Army. Field Marshal Wilhelm “Drunkard” Ernst (43) the commander of the DIS (Department of Internal Security) DIS oversees the all Internal Security operations. Commander of the 4th RG Division “Armageddon”. Born in Mississippi in 1962. American descended from Germans. He earned his nickname by being the most obvious drunk in the military high command, he showed up drunk to a meeting and vomited on the strategic map. Needless to say, the Premier was less than pleased, but he overlooked it because of the longtime friendship he has with Ernst. (They were childhood friends). He was demoted to captain for allowing an enemy operative to get valuable information. But shortly thereafter he was promoted back to General after fighting fiercely in a battle against Indians. General Gunther Thaller (45) The notorious commandant of North Jackson #17 detainment camp. He is a brigade commander in the 2nd Republican Guard Division. He has personally executed detainees for taking fruit from “his trees”. He considers anything inside the camp to be his and unless permission is asked it is stealing to take it. IQ 149.
Colonel Herman Von Thaller (36) The most well known and the greatest fighter ace in CM. Has 394 aerial kills to his credit and 618 kills if you include aircraft he’s destroyed that were on the ground (224). He is a dashing, daring, adventurous, and handsome “Fly boy”. He has taken part in the war in Egypt, Libya, and he flew aerial cover for the C-130s in the UWA operation. He also is the one who usually commands the squadron defending the Premier's private jet. His nickname is “Hans” (Nobody really remembers how he got his nickname, but he is friends with Hans Kaltenbrunner, and people always got them mixed up, so now people just call both of them Hans because it is easier) In one battle Thaller shot down 8 MiG-29s, 8 Mirage F1s, 4 F-16s, 4 F-14s and 112 MiG-21s. He is always in his custom F-16D that is painted to look like a threatening shark. His usual armament is 1000 rounds for the 20mm cannon, and 12 or 24 AIM-120 AA missiles. IQ 157.
General Philippe Bon (43) The commander of the 1st Parachute Division. Born in 1962. Took part in operations in Unified West Africa in 2004. Very well known as a man of his word. But he is also ruthless against those who attack his government, his race, or threaten his government's interests. Married and has a large number of children. IQ 152.
General Antonio Don Juan Miguel (49) The commander of the 2nd Parachute Division. Born in 1956 in Equatorial Guinea, which was then controlled by Spain. Took part in operations in Unified West Africa in 2004. Not very diplomatic, he has been known to turn situations that could have been defused into firefights. General Fritz Witt (23) The Commander of the 30th RG Division “Fabus Junge”. Born in 1982 in Innsbruck, Austria. IQ 147.
Captain Gunther Lindemann (37) The captain of the MKM (Mississippian Kriegs Marine) Curtis Fabus, the first of the line of the super battleships of the “Curtis Fabus” class. The captain is a very honorable man, he is a throwback to the old days of chivalry, and he is also reputed to be a womanizer. He is very skilled in naval warfare and is a friend of Premier Fabus and Field Marshal Reginald Smith. He can be reckless at times. IQ 154.
Admiral Ernst Raedar (43) Admiral in the MKM. He is a handsome and skilled if somewhat reckless naval officer. He likes to arbitrarily assert his authority and let people know he is in control of them. He had been known to commit terrible atrocities just because in his words, “I could.” IQ 149.
Pope Pius XIII (39) Pope of the Mississippian Roman Catholic Church. He lives in the Papal Palace in Jackson City. He is well known for simony (selling church offices to the highest bidder) and for allowing pluralism (allowing one man to be the bishop of multiple dioceses so as to collect more money), he also is well-known for selling indulgences (Officially it just absolves you from having to say the “Hail Mary” or whatever else the priest tells you to do after confession, but some indulgence peddlers actually tell people they can buy their ways into heaven, or at the least reduce the time they’ll be in Purgatory). The pope is reputed to be a little too friendly with some of the nuns. IQ 152.
Bishop/General Herman Von Felben (37) Bishop in the CM Catholic Church and a brigadier general in 14th Republican Guard Armored Division “God’s Wrath” (Drawn from the CM clergy and monastic orders). His most famous quote is, "Take up the sword my brethren, and answer the call, answer the call and fight for Christ and Mother Church." Very renowned for his racially offense remarks that he doesn't hesitate to make on live international TV and radio. The most well-known boxer in Mississippi from his days in the “youth leagues” and then moving into the “teenage leagues” and finally the real leagues. He never lost a match in the teenage or real league, because he learnt all his lessons in the youth league. He was the best boxer in Mississippi for several years until his career was interrupted by the 1984 race war, he joined the white militia and then after the war ended, he was given a position in the cabinet. Renowned for his history of provoking Jews into exploding with rage against him on national TV while he maintained a calm and cool composure, he attempted to get Jews to come across as violent and mean people who don’t like to debate but rather attack enemies. One of his episodes of “Jew Baiting” resulted in him receiving a broken nose and a black eye when he told a Jewish man that, “Swine like you are only here because they didn’t kill enough of your grandparents during World War two.” He is the chief editor and the owner of the newspaper, “On the Attack”, and does the radio broadcast, “Exposing the Enemy”. Minister of Finance Alfred “The Money Man” Speer (42) He is the minister of finance for Communist Mississippi and one of his sons (Karl Speer) is a youth sgt training for the Republican Guard. Speer mainly oversees allocation of proper funds and labor to government projects. He is a very intelligent man (IQ 188) and they call him “The Money Man”. He was heavily involved in the forced labor camps as he worked out the projected profits and costs that the camps would produce. He was not involved with the death camps. IQ 188.
Minister of Economics Fritz “The Calculator” Ernst (42) He is the minister of economics for CM, brother of Wilhelm Ernst. He is a very intelligent man (IQ 191) and he earned his nickname after some of his peers said, “Fritz is like a calculator.” The nickname stuck. He is tasked with working out projected industrial production, making sure things are properly allocated etc. He was involved with the forced labor camps, but not the death camps. IQ 191.

Minister of the Interior Arthur Frick (40) He is the minister of the Interior for Communist Mississippi. He is a firm believer in the Revolutionary Right Party and the Premier Curtis Fabus. Johnny Ray Price “Raven” (37) He is the super-secretive intelligence operative for CM. He works for the Department of Internal Security Foreign Intelligence Branch. He is the best assassin in CM and he is also the best master of disguise and deceit. He has 2 sons, aged 14 and 12, his wife died shortly after giving birth to their youngest son, she had AIDS (got it from blood clotting factor), both the boys have AIDS, Raven has AIDS. The CM government has refused to research possible AIDS cures for fear the data would be leaked out and AIDS wiped out in Africa. Raven desperately seeks a cure for AIDS for himself and his sons. Nobody knows his real name, not even the Premier. He usually goes by one of the following aliases, “Edgar Johnston” “Edgar Allan”, “John Poe”, “Allan Edgar”, “John Edgar”, “John Allan”, “John Rayman”, and “Allan Rayman”. He found his cure and now he and his sons live a quiet life in a rural area of CM. He is now blind though. IQ 153.
Field Marsha John Tallmadge (38) Field Marshal who was involved in the operation in Hatarian Mammalia, originally as a general in the 11th parachute division. His combat drugs, along with those of his soldiers, were illegally altered by shady doctors and he must now investigate why and how. He is the Duke of Marsa Matruh in Mississippian Egypt. He is a very handsome man and when not affected by the combat drugs, he is very calm and has little or no temper. He had one son, aged 17, who was in the Republican Guard until he was killed in action in late August in Mississippian Egypt in a terrorist attack. IQ 152.
Simon Rutledge (30) Born in rural Mississippi, moved to Mississippian Egypt where he became a senator in the Commonwealth Senate elected from the southern part of the colony, the rural commercial farming area. Field Marsha John Tallmadge (38) Field Marshal who was involved in the operation in Hatarian Mammalia, originally as a general in the 11th parachute division. His combat drugs, along with those of his soldiers, were illegally altered by shady doctors and he must now investigate why and how. He is the Duke of Marsa Matruh in Mississippian Egypt. He is a very handsome man and when not affected by the combat drugs, he is very calm and has little or no temper. He had one son, aged 17, who was in the Republican Guard until he was killed in action in late August in Mississippian Egypt in a terrorist attack. IQ 152.

He is known to throw his shoes at opponents when debating in the senate. He also has been known to get into duels, fistfights, and gunfights in the senate. Regarded as the best but also the most aggressive orator in the Commonwealth Senate in Mississippian Egypt. IQ 173.
Ivan Godunov (44) Born in Russia in 1961 in a small village on the Volga. Fought in Afghanistan from 1981-1988. Was in the Spetznatz after he spent 5 years working with BMP vehicles. Moved to Mississippi to escape communism and he moved to Fabus City, Libya and opened a weapons store.
Vito Spilotro (47) Don of the Spilotro Crime Family. Involved mostly in casinos, drug production for exportation, prostitution, and labor pension scams. Moved to Panama.
Joseph (Joey) “Sap Gloves” Spilotro (42) A brother and a top lieutenant of Vito Spilotro. Started out as hired muscle, used to shake people down for “protection” money. Earned his nickname by always using sap gloves to beat people to a pulp. (Sap gloves are just leather gloves weighted with steel shot). Moved to Panama.

Graduated 6th in his class, won economics award and future businessman’s award. Involved in major weapons smuggling, major bootlegging, smalltime gambling, major counterfeiting of foreign currency, moderate money laundering, and other black market enterprises. Uses Paper business as a cover. Got his nickname because he used to be a smalltime thug involved in petty extortion and he always carried a glock pistol with him. Deceased on June 27th, 2004 when Captain Arthur Nelson strangled him in the Bunker B4 dining room at Stalingrad.
DECEASED- Anthony Ciano (47) Don of the Ciano Crime Family. Involved mostly in prostitution, extortion, loan sharking, fencing stolen goods, and some drug production for export. Killed on July 13th, 2004 when B-52s leveled his mansion while he was inside sleeping.
