Grand Vizier Ali Bin Saad II enter the house of Vizier (his last time as the Grand Vizier). He knew according to Ottoman Law that he as to step down after the a new sultan is voted in. so that Sultan can appoint a new Grand Vizier.
In the House of Viziers, there were about 100 viziers in the house
He began the meeting and said "Sent the two bids for Sultan in!"(Ottoman Turkish)

Grand Vizier Ali Bin Saad II said” let the debates began"(in Ottoman Turkish)

Over two hours pass both sides debates the Issues of the Ottomans

"Let the voting begin” said Grand Vizier Ali Bin Saad II(everything he say was in Ottoman Turkish)

The viziers began the voting an 20 minute pass...they handle the resulted of vote to Grand Vizier Ali Bin Saad II

“Gen. Suleiman Al Bashir II is the winner of the Votes for Sultan, I here by step down as Grand Vizier, according to Ottoman Law” said former Grand Vizier Ali Bin Saad II
He walk out of the house of Viziers, and went to a waiting to take former Grand Vizier Ali Bin Saad II to his home in Bursa

“We here declare Gen. Suleiman Al Bashir II of the House of Bashir, The Sultan of the Ottoman, The Khaif of Muslim, and the emperor of the Balkans.”said by Head of the House of Viziers,Viziers Suleiman Al Bashir I, father of Sultan Suleiman Al Bashir II

“Its is time for you Sultan, to appoint a new Grand Viziers” said a random Vizier

“I appoint Vizier Mehmed Pasa Sokollu (age of 26,Sokol, Bosnia and dear friend of the Sultan) to be my new Grand Vizier” said Sultan Suleiman Al Bashir II

“I concur and agreed to the appointment of myself as Grand Vizier” said Grand Vizier Mehmed Pasa Sokollu
