Disclaimer: Before anyone mentions any territorial disputes, this takes place in the Earth II universe, where no claims exist on these areas at the time of writing.
After the operation to liberate the homeland of the first great tribe of Kelonia from it's corrupt rulers (the Uzbek territories), the Kelonian people moved swiftly to encourage the government and the military to reclaim the tribal home of the second great tribe of Kelonia and the home of the ancestors of all Kelonians of Slavic descent.
The decision to mobilise forces was taken at 4:00 KST;
"Premier, should we not remove these non-Kelonian rulers from the homeland of our second great tribe, a tribe from which you yourself can trace your lineage? Our campaigns in Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan removed corrupt, drug-dealing governments that couldn't possibly have the interests of our ancestors - their people - at heart. While these new territories do not have nearly as many problems as those, look at their economies, their infrastructures, their governments... Surely you realise, as you know best, that these regions would be best under Kelonian control? We would not take complete control, of course - we would simply remove the current regimes and put in place ones with our interests at heart - obviously with an element of control from Paztroversk to steer them in.. the right directions for us."

Premier, some would never think you were once a great general, were it not for your occasional political naivete... we could buy them off, but far too many times we have seen other governments try this, and seen the government they paid then refuse to go along with their wishes... with the amounts we would expect to pay, and the corruptness of the governments involved, we could easily end up having to use force anyway - cutting out the middle man is the best thing to do"

Paradrop a group or two over the main presidential residences and political buildings from helicopters - follow it up with large-scale paradrops from high-level aircraft over larger, more sprawling facilities and open areas around population centers in and around the capitals. Pay special interest to the media centres - we want to be able to broadcast our message as soon as possible - have planes ready to fly in once we've seized airports, we want to be able to distribute top-quality food and supplies to these people - have the army fly in anything we could use to impress the locals - ensure they take plenty of our best beer and meat. Give this wave orders to defend themselves against resistance, but try to remain as a saviour figure."

The kind of tactics that had won the Uzbek region would win the Slovak one, too - Premier Maksim F. Romaninko, sitting in his plush private office at the Pravkantar sipping vodka, was certain of it.
