As the Dra-Pol go about not being screaming maniacs in Seoul, the ROK is getting nervous that the world may be swayed by Dra-Pol's side of the story. Ruined, impoverished, and with cancer and leukemia rates that are simply off the board, the huddled masses of South Hanguk live still under emergency martial law, in refugee camps outside the broken cities where workers labor day and night to bring the country back to life.
With the success of the two-billion struggle to the north, the 500-million-odd souls of the ROK must also defend themselves and rebuild their broken armed forces.
It is for this reason that the security conference in Gumi has been called. The small town, site of the first Dra-Pol defeat of the war has been chosen for the allied nations to meet and discuss the future of the ROK, and more specifically, the re-building of it's armed forces.
The Hudecian Foreign Minister arrives to take part in the conference.
He has been entrusted to make several high-profile promises to the small nation.
Primarily was the deployment of over 100 000 Hudecian ground troops to the region. However that was only the beginning.
President Yeh Zhao Feng arrives secretly. Xiaguo pledges support and will give 6 billion dollars to South hanguk to rebuild. Xiaguo also askes South Hanguk to allow Xiaguo to send peace forces over to keep an eye out for Dra-Pol.
Food and Supplies are also delivered to South Hanguk daily. The Xiannese fleet has been lifted from the blockade, but will serve as a naval defense for the south.

General Simon Brewster arrives in a UAZ jeep, in his regular fatigues since he doesn't really have a dress uniform. He wears the insignia of the 7th Infantry division, which is the parent division of his engineering unit, and the LRRA engineering corps insignia, pretty much the same as the east german engineer's insignia.

The government of Hudecia is prepared to station an entire battle fleet in the south to help with naval defences. As well, Hudecia Industries will proceed with helping reconstruction by basing a naval shipyard and building ships for the new South Korean navy.
Hudecia Industries is also interested in opening a air force production facility in South Hanguk. Preferably outside of Pohang if that is possible.
