The contract could be awarded to any nation willing to partake in the following.
- The Building of 3 Super-Dreadnaught Battleships.
- With a minimum of 28" Guns on each.
- A next generation class hull armor design
- A next generation class Radar Design
The allocated budget for this endeavour stands at $45 Billion.
