The Emperor of Vexia, Ulli Vyarin, can confirm that, with the lull in Eastern European Politics, and the likelihood of Biochemical War there averted, at least for now, he nows feel it is both necessary and possible to return to Global Politics, and resserect old alliances and create new ones.
"If you had an Embassy in Vexia before the Revolution and the decision by me to focus on Regional Politics only, then you may reclaim the diplomatic relations you once had with this Nation."
"If you did not, then you may apply for an Embassy here. We have plenty of space here in our capital at Vezkron."
When asked what enefits Vexia can give, the Emperor smiled.
"We have 5 million fighting men, an awesome air force, major influence over Baltic and North Sea trades, and a lucrative tractor parts market. We also have, a booming Small Arms and Millitary Aircraft Industry, and we willl gladly make them available for trade."
On rumours of Vexia's rampant imperialism, the Emperor merely smiled and winked.
"Communist or Socialist nations need not apply for diplomatic relations. As they will get none." he said, somewhat more harshly.
