A group of rioters lined the streets of Sanchez City today to protest the heavily conservative mandatory military service impended on them. In disgust, Emperor Elafo Sanchez VII ordered them to leave our island on terms of treason.

He is requesting that any nation interested in the welfare of these citizens come and retrieve them. They number around fifty, so unless they are deported, each one will be executed.

The Imperial Triumviate applauds this suppression of subversion against a lawful government, and suggests execution instead of exile, as an example to all others who might follow in their path.

The Emperor will execute as required, and has given a deadline of three days for pickup of these criminals.

It's a lot easier to have a 'conscientious objector' clause in your mandatory military service bill then to execute or exile those who do not wish to be conscripted?

Technocracia will take ALL of the rioters if no one else wants them, so that they may enjoy a socialist lifetstyle and, although our government is still vaguely authoritarian, the death sentence no longer exists, so they can live in peace.

Emperor Elafo Sanchez commends Technocratia on their bid and will welcome their ships to the harbor upon arrival.

We thank your government for it's willingness to find a more peaceful solution than executions. Our ships will arrive in 1 (RL) day, and we are glad this situation has been resolved without the need for any deaths.

Screech, be aware that the rioters could have been killed on the spot by the lift of a finger. If you have any problem with exporting enemies to the government -- terrorists, even -- then it is apparent you must harbor such scum inside your own nation.

Berzingen, they exhibited enough free will on the streets, violating clear laws. If you have any interest in the rioters, you should have spoken earlier and provided transportation.

The rioters do not have to come on our ships, no-one in our navy will force them, however we assume they would rather come with us than face execution. We will not condemn the government of Elafo Sanchez for they have shown mercy in allowing the rioters to be taken away by our ships. This merciful action has shown that while the government there may have laws different to those of socialist nations, that the government is still merciful and sensible, and we thank them for this.

"Farewell and adieu to you fair Spanish ladies...farwell and adieu you ladies..." sung the ice breaker captain as he began to open the channel for Technocracia's ships to pass. "For we've recieved orders for to sail back to...what in the blazes is that?" He looked overhead to see what appeared to be a fireball in the sky. He grabbed the microphone and shouted, "All hands on deck!" In a swift move he spun the wheel completely around, smashing the bow into the frigid ice even further. His keen eyes had recognized the fireball to be the tail flare of a missile.

"Man the life boats! Everyone off!" He waved his hands from the deck, but it was useless, as the missile struck the boat. The mooring tower was blown free and clear of the upper cabin levels, which were born into by the missile. When it struck the base levels of the ship, it blew the superstructure clear off of the top, shattering steel and shrapnel everywhere. The harbor master reported exactly what he saw.

Whichever nation or group led this terrible attack on an unarmed vessel should show their cowardish shelves for ubstructing a humane turnover of prisoners.

Concerning possibility that Federal Navy ships fired munitions at unarmed and non-combatant ships.

The Federal Navy confirms that only four Federal Naval warships were within striking distance of the ship in question. The 9th Naval Light Patrol Squadron consisting of the FNS Diadem, FNS Electra and the FNS Wakeful reported no armaments expanded, and all munitions stored aboard have been accounted for, they also report no readings on the missiles origin, however extensive readings from the AEGIS system are available for the Elfo Sanchez Navy to request. The FNS Beowulf (A missile submarine operating independently), reports no armament fired and all munitions accounted for, and no ideas of the origin of the missile.
