Newsflash! On the JJR island of Morcticos, a uranium mine has been built, to accompany a military base. The island is now heavily gaurded, due to it's contents. No specifics have been released, but we do know that the uranium mine is needed for the experiments in the facility, and that this is so vital that, in fact, our nation paid a whopping 14 trillion USD for the land!

IC: The speed boat sped up to the bank of the island Strange place Trooper Walker thought. I thought this island was near more land. He walked up to the complex, he then knocked on the door. He waited for an answer.
