Another Rainy Day
“Another rainy day,” Sarah said with a sigh, looking out the glass doors of her balcony as she crawled out of her over sized bed. Wearing nothing but her underwear, grabbed her robe and tied it as she walked towards the glass, cursing the weather as she walked. As she opened the doors, a bolt of lightning danced across the sky immediately being followed by a clap of thunder that made Sarah jump. “Close one,” she thought to herself as she stepped out onto the balcony. Although the balcony had been built with a roof to shelter it from the elements, rain still managed to find its way onto the edges of the balcony. Sarah walked over to the railing, leaning over it slightly she turned her head and looked up to where the sun should have been, but instead saw nothing but the grey emptiness of the storm clouds. She quickly pulled her head back under the overhang, and began walking back into her room. Another unexpected clap of thunder made Sarah jump, just as she closed the doors.
She looked at the large oak grandfather clock on the on the other side of the room. She saw that it was almost six o’clock, and she began cursing herself for not waking earlier. She quickly walked towards her bathroom, and turned on the shower. She quickly undid her robe, showing her flawless tanned body. She stuck her hand beneath the shower head, testing the water before she entered. Satisfied with the water temperature, she climbed out of her underwear and stepped into the shower. The warmth of the water calmed her down considerably as she let the water run over her body and through her hair. The chimes of the clock outside pulled Sarah from the waters warmth and back into reality, and she quickly washed her hair. She turned the water off and exited the shower, grabbing a towel and wrapping it around her body to hide her nakedness. She grabbed another towel and began drying her hair as she walked back into her room.
She opened the doors to her closet and turned a light on, illuminating the closet which could be mistaken for a bedroom if it were not for the dressers and clothes that filled the room almost to capacity. She walked in and found a pair of lacy black underwear and a matching bra. She undid her towel, letting it fall to the floor, while stepping into the underwear. She then slid both arms into the straps of her bra, and linked the clips in the back. She walked to a full length mirror that sat in the corner of the room and began admiring herself, turning this way and that, gazing at her long bronze legs, and torso. After she got tired of admiring herself, she walked to her casual wear. After a minute or two of gazing through the choices she decided on a pair of loose fitting blue jeans and a grey hooded sweatshirt that read ‘New Columbia’ in green letters. After she finished dressing herself she began rummaging through her large collection of shoes, before picking out her favorite pair of sandals. She slipped her feet under the broad strap that covered the bottoms of her toes and walked out of the closet, shutting the light off as she left.
After taking another several minutes to blow dry her shoulder length blonde hair and putting on some makeup she was finally satisfied with the way she looked. Shutting off the bathroom light, she walked to the balcony doors to see if it was still raining. It was indeed still raining so she closed the curtains, making the room much darker. Sarah then walked into the hall and down the marble steps into the main entranceway. Turning right she made her way into the dining room where a butler, who she called Jeeves, was waiting.
“Hello Madam President,” he greeted her with a forced smile.
“Hello Jeeves how’s the family?” She replied while sitting herself at the table.
“How many times must I remind you, Madam President, that my name is not Jeeves, but Isaac Thomas the third?” He said. “And what is madam president going to be having for breakfast today?”
“I don’t know Jeeves,” she answered, “I kinda wanna go to the Waffle King.”
Obviously annoyed by Sarah’s refusal to call him by his given name, ‘Jeeves’ replied, “Waffle King Madam President?”
“Yes, Waffle King,” she answered.
“I shall notify your driver,” Jeeves said.
“No, don’t, I think I’ll drive myself today,” she said in a matter-of-fact tone, “and Jeeves, don’t tell the guards where I am going, alright?”
“Yes Madam President,” Jeeves replied in an almost inaudible mumble.
Several minutes later Sarah pulled her Jaguar into an empty parking spot at the Waffle King. As she entered the restraunt the smell of grease and waffles overwhelmed her senses and her mouth began to water. As she looked around for an empty booth she spotted a man sitting in a booth by himself, reading a newspaper and sipping on a cup of coffee. She walked over to his table and saw that he had black hair, and was very cute.
“Mind if I sit here?” She asked.
“I’d really rather you not,” the man answered, his eyes still fixed on his newspaper.
Sarah, not being the one to quit easily replied, “But there aren’t any other booths open, and I really don’t want to sit at the counter.
Lowering his paper and turning his head to look at Sarah he answered, “Look lady, I…” his voice trailed off as he saw who he was talking to. His eyes grew to the size of golf balls as he dropped his newspaper and began apologizing.
“Don’t worry about it,” she said, grinning. “So…how about it? Can I sit down?”
Stammering the man replied, “Uh, yea, yes, I mean yes.”
“My name is Sarah Hartley,” she introduced herself, stretching her left arm out, trying to calm him down.
“Ye...yea I know,” was the reply. “I…I’m David Justice.” Noticing her outstretched hand he quickly took it in his left hand and they shook hands.
For almost an hour, Sarah and David talked about everything from the weather to what college they went to, to what their typical day was like. After finishing off her waffle Sarah stood up and said, “Well, I’ve got to get back, but do you have a number?”
“Huh?” he replied, “oh, yes I do have a number, its five, five, five, two, three, one, five.”
Writing it down on a napkin, Sarah said her goodbyes and walked back towards her car. Thinking about David Justice and how long she would wait before she called him.
Occ: Sorry Pantera, kinda jacked your idea.
As Sarah pulled into the drive of the Presidential Palace several guards ran by, stopping suddenly and motioning for Sarah to stop. “Shoot, I’ll bet anything Jeeves told them I left.” She thought to herself while rolling down her window.
“Madam President, you know you are not supposed to leave the premises unless escor….”
“Yes, I know unless escorted by at least three palace guards.” Sarah said, cutting the guard off. “I just needed to get out, now can we please get inside? The rain is coming inside.”
The guard stepped away from the car and Sarah pulled into the underground parking garage, where another group of guards were standing. “I’m going to kill Jeeves,” she said to herself while stepping out of her car. She quickly shut the door and began walking towards the stairs that lead to the side entrance. Just as she began making her ascent, another guard ran after her, stopping at her side. Just as he was about to speak Sarah held up one finger, telling the guard to wait and said, “I don’t want to hear it. I already got it from Captain Perfection outside.”
“Yes Madam President, but must I remind you that if you were dead, this country would turn into complete chaos?”
“I know, alright I know. Just go now. Alright?” Sarah was very annoyed at the fact that she was being lectured like a twelve year old.
Sarah stepped out into the side entranceway and walked towards the other end of the palace, towards her office. She entered it and sat down on the large brown leather office chair behind her desk and tried to recline, but instead of reclining the chair tipped over backward, send Sarah with it. She landed with a loud “Thud.” She sat there, wondering if the day could get any worse, until she remember the number. “Yeah, that’ll make me feel better, I’ll invite David over for dinner,” she said out loud to herself. She climbed out of the chair and stood up, picked up the chair and picked up the phone on her desk. She began punching the numbers but stopped halfway through, thinking better of it. If anyone found out she was calling a man there would be no rest from the reporters, for her and him.
Instead she grabbed her cell phone and dialed David’s number into it. The phone rang three times before someone picked it up.
“Hello,” a woman had answered the phone.
“Um hi,” Sarah said, not knowing what to think, “is David there?”
“No he isn’t but I’m his fiancé, I can take a message for you,” the woman had a snobbish tone and Sarah knew she didn’t welcome another woman calling her fiancé.
“Um, no thanks, I’ll just call back later,” she said, embarrassed. She turned off her phone and rested her head on her desk and began crying. “How can this day get any worse?” she asked herself in between sobs. Then it hit her, she was the leader of a country, she didn’t need to find love from inside her own borders, she could find love outside. Smiling she began typing an email that would be sent to select world leaders. The email read:
I am looking for love and I would be honored if you could send the most eligible bachelor in your country to Canan for a ‘dating game’.
Sincerely,
Sarah Hartley
President of the Democratic Republic of Canan.
"This may turn out to be a good day after all," she thought to herself as she hit the send button and sat back in her chair, which once again, tipped over backward.

how about that.
For now on, if there are any questions/comments, telegram me with them. The only person I want posting on my thread right now is me.
The day had begun turning to night and the rain had finally stopped, allowing for a small amount of the sun’s last rays to shine through the clouds before it sunk behind the fog covered mountains on the horizon. Sarah walked into her courtyard where her gardener, Jamie Lucas worked, trying to unclog the drains.
“Hey Jamie,” Sarah said in an almost school girlish tone.
“Good evening Madam President,” he replied pulling a large clump of roots from the drain.
Ever since Sarah had become president, she had admired Jamie. He was about six foot, with dark brown hair, and crystal blue eyes that seemed to glisten. “Jamie, how many times do I have to tell you to call me Sarah?”
“At least once more Madam President like always,” he replied in his best impression of Orlando Bloom.
“Well, I order you to call me Sarah from now on, is that clear?” Sarah’s heart jumped as she joked with her secret crush.
“Yes Mada….” He began to say but stopped himself and replied softly, “Yes Sarah.”
“That’s better,” she said, giggling. Her face was flush and she felt as if there were butterflies in her stomach. “So, when are you going to join me for dinner Jamie?” She asked this question already knowing what the answer would be.
“Ah, Madam, I mean Sarah, you know if anyone saw you with a simple commoner like me, you would be ridiculed throughout the world,” Jamie answered while trying to pull a large stick out of the drain.
Sarah was tired of waiting for him to make the first move, so instead of replying with what she usually said, she walked up next to him crouched beside him, leaning her head on his shoulder. “I know, but I don’t care. Let the world find out that I’m in love with my gardener.”
Jamie stopped working on the stick and looked into Sarah’s eyes, his blue eyes meeting her emerald green eyes. “You…you’re in love with me?” Jamie asked, obviously taken back by what he had just heard.
“Yes, Jamie Lucas, I love you. I have since the moment I laid eyes on you.” Sarah said her voice barely audible.
“Ah," Jamie said, “Then you are not in love with me, you are in love with my lappearance.”
“Yes, but I am sure I would love the rest of you, but you always push me away. Almost…almost as if you thought I was nothing more than a common whore.” Sarah and Jamie were standing again, their faces inches away from each others.
As Jamie opened his mouth to speak, Sarah moved her index finger over his lips, telling him to be quiet. Confused, Jamie didn’t say a word as Sarah moved closer to Jamie, her eyes closed and her lips parted slightly. Just before her lips reach his, Jamie turned his head away, breaking the moment, as well as Sarah’s heart.
“I cannot," he said trying not to look into Sarah's eyes.
"But why? All you would have to do is ask, and I would throw all of this away." The desperation was evident as she spoke, but Jamie still did not look at her.
"Because it is a forbidden love. It would never work," he replied.
"Why won't you look at me?" Sarah said, and grabbed his chin wiht her hands and raised his head so she could look into his eyes. "I love you Jamie, and from the look in your eyes, it is obvious that you have feelings for me as well. So tell me, why won't you let us happen?"
"As I said Madam President, it is a forbbiden love, one that will never work."
A tear ran down Sarah’s cheek, and she said, “Yes, well I guess you’re right. You’re always right.” She quickly turned around, tears now falling freely down her cheeks, and walked back into the palace.
Final Bump for the night. I still need bachelors though read pg one for info!

The Prince of Atreus, Hamilton Crusade sat quietly in his study, judiciously reading the latest budget reports for the government of the Five Civilized Nations. Shaking his head in disgust at a particular set of figures projected by the analysts in the Finance Ministry, Hamilton leaned back and closed his eyes, as he massaged his head with his fingers. Exhausted from nearly two weeks of non-stop work in order to finish the budget projections for the August Emperor, Hamilton had nearly pushed himself to the limit.
Just as Hamilton was about to give up and go bed for the first time in more than a week, a soft knocking was heard in the spacious room. A little enjoyed, Hamilton imperiously called out, "Come in."
Turning his head, Hamilton was about to begin a tirade, when he discovered that it was his elder brother, Crown Prince Nikolai Crusade. Sighing, Hamilton glared impetuously at his brother.
Shaking his head in order to not show his amusement, Nikolai walked up to his younger brother. With a soft laugh, Nikolai spoke. "You really should not be working yourself like this, Hamilton. Father has always doted on you. You wouldn't want to make him worry would you now..."
"Yes, Nikolai..." replied Hamilton, a little peeved. "Is there something that you want me to do?"
"Oh yes... I almost forgot. A letter has come from the president of the nation of Canan requesting someone to cement the relations between our respective nations."
"Canan? The president?"
"Yes... Rumors are, she's searching for a husband..."
"What!?! Now see here Nikolai... I have enough work without these distractions..."
"Bullshit, Hamilton. Now, listen to your older brother. You're a brilliant man, a wonderful younger brother, an unsurpassed naval commander, and a brilliant economists... But you lack something in your life... You lack love, Hamilton... You must find it before you wear yourself act."
With a sigh of acquiesence, Hamilton replied, "Alright, Nikolai... I'll give it a try, I guess..."
"Do more than try, Hamilton. For the sake of the kingdom, for the sake of myself, and for the sake of yourself, work for love..."

The state-of-the-art GER-900X executive passenger jet was the newest passenger aircraft operated by the Five Civilized Nations Armed Forces. Although lacking in offensive weaponry, it possessed revolutionary defensive equipment, allowing the aircraft to evade any missile ever built.
Aboard this particular GER-900X, Air Force Flight 507Z, Hamilton Crusade quietly sat brooding, as the aircraft headed towards the capital of Canan. Shaking his head at the idiocy of his acquiesence to his elder brother's request, Hamilton was about to order the pilot of the aircraft to turn around and head by to the Five Civilized Nations.
Shaking his head in disgust, Hamilton knew that this was just too late to turn back... Sighing, Hamilton glanced at the window as the aircraft slowly descended through the air, preparing to land at Canan's capital...

“Madam President, Madam President!” A young intern ran into Sarah’s office, nearly tripping on the threshold of the door.
“Settle yourself Quincy, no what is so important that you had to run into my office?”
“Its, just that Hamilton Crusade, is landing in Worthington International as we speak.”
“Hamilton Crusade, Hamilton Crusade, I don’t believe I have met him before. Should I be worried?” Sarah asked confused.
“Madam President, he is second in line to the throne in the nation of Five Civilized Nations, and he has come here because of your email.”
Sarah’s eyes widened and she smacked herself on the forehead. “Oh, I forgot about that. Oh dear. Well, I suppose I should send someone over there to greet him. Quincy?”
“I would be delighted to Madam President, is there any message you would like me to give him?”
“Yes, I want you to give him a letter.” Sarah grabbed a pen and a piece of notebook paper and began writing.
Mr. Crusade,
I apologize if I have left out any titles. I also apologize for my not being there to greet you on your arrival to Canan; fore I have been swamped with trying to create a good democratic government in this fair nation.
If you would like, I would be honored to have you and any other members of your entourage to join me for dinner in the Presidential Palace. I hope to see you there and I send my hopes that you will enjoy your stay in Canan, no matter how long it may be. Also, if you require a place to stay, I shall have a room ready for you and the rest of your party in the beautiful Kile Hotel here in Worthington.
Sincerely,
Sarah Hartley

As the GER-900X taxiied to a stop, the pressurized door opened. Immediately a pair of uniformed Black Watch Royal Guardsmen descended from the aircraft to the tarmac. A minute later, Hamilton Crusade descended from the aircraft. Taking a deep breath of the gasoline fumes, Hamilton coughed loudly, shaking his head, a little disgusted at the pollution exuded from the GER-900X. Behind Hamilton, eight more guardsmen descended onto the tarmac. And they waited...

With a soft sigh, Hamilton replied, "Tell the Madam President that it would be my pleasure to meet her for dinner tonight. In the meantime, I would just like to return to the hotel. I'm a little tired and vexed from the long trip."
"Of course," Quincy said, motioning them to follow him. "I have a car waiting out here, and it will take you to the beutiful Kile Hotel. President Hartley has already reserved you a room."
As Quincy and Crusade walk out of the airport, they are immediatly greeted by a horde of reporters wanting to get a closer look at the foreigner.
"You will have to forgive these people. The press knows everything, sometimes before we do," Quincy said as he held the door of the waiting limo open for Crusade and his entourage.

Sighing, Hamilton shrugged as he entered the limousine, following by two uniformed guardsmen, one on each side of Hamilton. Closing his eyes, Hamilton waited patiently for the journey to the hotel. Hamilton seriously needed some peace and quiet, perhaps a nap too. Hamilton was already asleep when the limousine pulled out of the airport and headed for the Kile Hotel...
"Mr. Crusade?" Quincy said, trying to wake him up. "Mr Crusade, we have arrived at the hotel." Somewhat intimadated (sp?), Quincy turned to one of the body guards and asked if he could wake him.
Occ: sorry bout the crap post, but I am in a hurry.
“Ouch, watch it,” Sarah cried out as one of the stylists pulled a brush through her hair. Sarah was sitting in her bathrobe, while all around her, five of the best stylists in the capital were working on her hair, face, and nails.
“Sorry Madam President. But your hair is very tangled, and it is all I can do to get it untangled,” the stylist said, still pulling the brush through Sarah’s hair.
“Madam President,” another stylist began, “which color?” The stylist held up two bottles of finger nail polish. One was a dark burgundy, and the other a lighter, yet still somewhat dark, shade of maroon.
“Hmm,” Sarah thought, “let’s go with the burgundy one.” The stylist acknowledged her with a smile and began working on Sarah’s finger nails.
“Madam President,” another stylist said as he walked into the room holding a beautiful black dinner gown, “how is this dress?”
“Oh my,” Sarah replied, “I have never seen anything so beautiful in my life.”
The dress was satin with two diamond studded, crisscrossing lines running down the left side of the dress, where they split at the slit, which stopped a little above her knee cap.
“So, does that mean you like?” The stylist asked.
“Oh yes, very much so. Will I be able to wear it?” Sarah couldn’t take her eyes off the dress and its many small diamonds.
“Yes Madam President, it was made especially for this occasion.”
As Sarah was getting ready upstairs, downstairs was complete chaos. Butlers and maids were running around everywhere, trying to get everything to look perfect. The chef, Pierre Les Mains, was recruited to cook for the dinner and he was preparing nearly five courses. Outside the security around the Palace was almost doubled for the night, and the security directors were running around, giving orders to their details. Tonight, nothing would go wrong.;)

Hamilton awoke with a start, as one of the pair of Black Watch Guardsmen shook him awake. With a yawn, Hamilton acknowledged Quincy's comment. With the pair of guardsmen climbing first out of the limousine, Hamilton slowly and weary followed suit. Standing quietly out in the open in front of the Kile Hotel, Hamilton gave himself a minute to allow his mind to come back to full consciousness. With a sigh, Hamilton followed the pair of guardsmen and Quincy into the lobby of the hotel. As Hamilton's eyes ate up the details of the opulent hotel, all he could think of was his work and sleep. Having not slept peacefully in bed for some time, Hamilton was exhausted and the strains of his work and his duties showed painfully clear on his face and his movements.
Sighing to himself, Hamilton closed his eyes and took a deep breath. Opening his eyes again, Hamilton glanced quietly at Quincy.
Quincy quietly talked to the young woman at the desk of the hotel, and slowly turned around to face Hamilton, "Um, it seems we kinda have a problem sir," Quincy said, almost trembling. "The rooms we were supposed to have reserved for you and your men are not available, and wont be for another two weeks, and all they have left are the regular rooms." Quincy stopped for a second, Crusade's expressionless face looked onto his own. Quincy looked down towards his feet when an idea suddenly came to him.
"However, there are a couple extra rooms for guests in the Palace, and it is only five minutes drive from here, so if you would like, maybe you would like to stay there for the duration of your trip?"
Five Civilized Nations
06-08-2004, 01:02
Hamilton thought for a moment, his overworked brain slow to comprehend the meaning of Quincy's words. With a sigh signifying his exhaustion, Hamilton replied, "Whatever is suitable. I have no qualms about living in a regular room. Right now, I just need some sleep and it doesn't matter where I am as long as the bed is comfortable."
"Very good Mr. Crusade, i will tell the clerk that you and your men will be needing rooms." Quincy turned around and began talking to the clerk again.
"Everything is set Mr. Crusade. You and your men will be roomed in adjourning rooms on the second floor. The bell hop will take your bags and show you to your room. I must be going now, so I hope that you and President Hartley do enjoy each other's company tonight." Quincy started walking back out side, but he stopped before he went through the revolving doors and said, " And don't forget that dinner starts at seven pm. I know that President Harltey would be upset if you were to be late.

(OOC: Its alright, I'm pretty much been functioning on three hours of sleep for the past six weeks, so its all good...)
"Alright," acknowledged the prince, as he signaled for the two guardsmen to follow him. With a speed that belied his exhaustion, Hamilton swiftly arrived on the second floor, the bellhop barely able to keep up. While the bellhop opened the door and brought in the bags, Hamilton entered the room and plomped down straight onto the bed and went to sleep.
It seemed that it was just a moment, but by 6:15PM, one of the two guardsmen were shaking him awake. Stifling a yawn, Hamilton pulled himself from the bed. With a dismissive nod, Hamilton entered the bathroom and proceeded to strip, taking a quick shower, lathering his body with soap and washing his hair with shampoo. Feeling much more human, Hamilton began to dress. Favoring a black tuxedo with dark shoes, Hamilton quickly dressed into a more formal attire.
With a deep breath, Hamilton exited the room and descended to the lobby, followed closely by the pair of guardsmen.
Occ: Let's see what about ten hours of sleep can do for me.
Ic:The sun was just beginning to set behind the mountains, the sky had turned to a pale purple and red and the clouds seemed to glow. Far to the west there were storm clouds beginning to creep across the skyline, devouring any light that the sun was giving off. Sarah was sitting on her balcony, watching the sun slowly fade into the darkness and wondering what he would be like. Would he be handsome? Would he be charming? These were some of the things which troubled her mind. And then there was him, her gardener. Although she has not spoken to him in almost a week, and she does not wish to, there is still a small part of her that longs for his touch, and his kiss. Sarah turned to see the time. 6:59, when was he going to get here?
Finally, almost immediately after she had looked at the clock, she could hear the faint cry of Jeeves. “Mr. Hamilton Crusade of Five Civilized Nations.” Sarah’s eyes lit up and her stomach felt like it was being tied into a knot. She walked back into her room, shutting the balcony doors as she entered. There was a faint knocking on her door and weakly she answered.
“Come in,” she said, her voice dry and crackling. The doors opened and Quincy stepped in.
“Mr. Crusade is here Madam President.” Quincy smiled as he said this, the thought of seeing the woman he so much admired on a date made her seem so much more human, so much more real. Sarah acknowledged Quincy with a quick nod of her head. Quincy walked out, shutting the door as he left and Sarah walked to her mirror.
“Please be charming, and handsome, and please don’t make me look like an idiot.” She said to herself as she looked at herself on last time before walking downstairs. Sarah walked out of her bedroom and stopped before she was in sight of the downstairs. She swallowed hard, and said one last prayer before she began down the stairs. About halfway down she came into view of her guests. She smiled, “Oh thank goodness,” she thought to herself, “he isn’t ugly.”

Standing in the lobby of the presidential palace of the nation of Canan, Hamilton Crusade felt like an idiot. I am definitely getting too old for this bullshit, he thought, as he stood stiffly flanked by his guardsmen. Although he was only thirty-five years of age, Hamilton felt like he was twice as old. With the tremendous workload and his workaholic behavior, Hamilton did not have much time to do stuff his elder and younger brothers had done. He didn't even have time to sleep, let alone relax.
This is stupid. I should tell just tell the madam president that this was all a silly mistake. he thought as he shook his head, slightly peeved at his elder brother. With a defiant shake of his head, Hamilton glanced up at the windy staircase and found a woman slowly descending to the ground floor.
At first, Hamilton did not think much of this woman, his mind still over-intellectualizing the entire situation. But then, he realized what he was seeing. With a inward gasp of shock, Hamilton realized that this woman was not just beautiful, she was stunning beyond belief. As his eyes widened in shock, Hamilton immediately struggled to control his rampant emotions, attempting to check his raging masculine hormones. Shuddering in incredulity, Hamilton gazed warmly at the woman as she descended.
Sarah’s stomach felt like it was twisted into thousands of tiny knots as she walked down the stairs. Even so, she smiled the entire way down, until she was standing only four feet from the guest of honor. Sarah studied him carefully, catching every single detail with her eyes. She continued studying him until she found herself lost in his brown eyes.
“Madam President, are you all right?” Jeeves asked while tilting his head to see her face.
Snapping out of her trance like state Sarah replied, “Wha…? Oh yes, I am fine.” Blushing she looked at the other people in the room, all their gazes fixed on Sarah and her guest. She turned back to Hamilton and silently asked, “So Mr. Hamilton. Are you ready for dinner?”

As the woman slowly descended, Hamilton shook his head, attempting to clear the nonsense that he had been thinking from his head. With a wan smile, Hamilton turned his attention back to the woman, as his eyes slowly ate in the details of her body and her face. With a smooth, graceful bow that belied his nervousness, Hamilton replied, "Of course, madam..."
With a subtle hand gesture, Hamilton dismissed his bodyguards, intent upon spending some quiet time alone with this stunning woman, away from the watchful eyes of his father's men.
With a curt nod, the two Black Watch guardsmen stepped backwards, leaving Hamilton to talk privately with the president of Canan.
Satisified that he had the solitude and privacy that he needed, Hamilton proffered his hand, his mind switching automatically to the training his father had hammered into his head. With a silky voice, quite different fromhis normal abrasive one, Hamilton said, "May I madam?"
IC: Her mind was spinning, how could this happen to her? Was this a dream? She pinched herself on the thigh, and decided that it was not a dream. Sarah finally snapped out of her daze as Crusade began speaking, and blushing she took his hand and replied, "You may. The dining room is just around the corner."
OOC: Sorry about the quality. Also, I kinda forgot that you were on vacation, and thought that you just forgot about this , so I sorta started a little rp, where Sarah gets her head cut off, but I can wait to finish that after this. But it does kinda rule out marriage.
