Santiago, Chile-AP- The Republic of Chile has been added peacefully to the Federation of Morathania. 2 Months ago the Chilean government petitioned the Morathanian government for statehood within the Federation. Earlier today the Parliament of Morathania agreed and now Chile will become part of the Federation of Morathania as 8 states and 2 territories. Along with Chilean territory this also gives Morathania a claim to Easter Island and to the Antarctic Peninsula although the Antarctic Claim is not internationally recognized. The new Chilean states will become normal states within the Federation and will be sending Congressmen and Senators to Hamilton later this year.
