The Protectorate would like to purchase schematics for cold fusion plants. They are needed to power vast amounts of power. We have only nuclear reactors that are too much to maintain. The cold fusion produces almost unlimited source of energy. Willing to pay top dollar for the information.

Cold Fusion is vertually impossible. Stating that you have a working Cold Fusion schematics is like someone saying that he's found the Holy Grail. Cold Fusion is impossible and I would highly doubt that since your a modern tech nation (I think?) that you would have a viable Cold Fusion design.

While it is currently not available to the public at this time, we recommend you keep an eye on Sileetris' "Bubble Fusion"; located at this (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=342237&page=1&pp=15) storefront.
The Federation invested heavily in "Bubble Fusion" and we were one of the first nations to recieve all the information regarding construction of the power plants, exact procedures, etc.
The outcome so far has been outstanding, so far the fusion plants are replacing our many coal-burning plants which are very inefficent compared to the fusion plants. And with the know-how to actually recreate fusion, our scientists are trying to minimize the process to run cars, airplanes, and even to eventually power houses individually instead of relying on power from a station miles away, which results in much power loss.
Unfortunately, these stations are still quite crude and aren't as efficent as we'd like them to be, however, they are still many more times efficent than the fossil-fuel, solar, hydro-electric, and even nuclear, alternatives. Not to mention much cleaner, however they are rather expensive in the short-term.
Contact the Sileetrian (?) government to find out if you can arrange a deal for the Bubble Fusion.

OOC: Well cold fusion is theoretically possible in the time span of modern tech, just, we dont know exactly HOW to do it, thats all.
The Protectorate thanks all for the help. We will look into this "Bubble Fusion". Our scientists believed cold fusion would be the only way to provide "unlimited" energy for seperation of hyrdrogen from H2O.
