Thats probably one of the best stickied threads ever, it's a shame it's only stickied in the Nationstates Forum (sticky means that the thread will never go down the list).
However, it's important to note that there are not rules per-se in Nationstates, only guidelines. You can RP whatever you want but if you are too unrealistic others will choice not to RP with you, or bitch at you, which is the Nationstates pastime around here.
Yeah, the ones at the top of each forum. they have the word 'sticky' on them.
