For years Lorkhan has struggled under the tyranical rule of the Akarthian House in a world of seclusion. In the first years of my term as Surpreme Chancellor I helped to make Lorkhan a better place from within, but now our government seeks the aid of the international community.

Lorkhan has opened it's boarders to all that wish to trade resources (our natural resources include oil, steel, and silk.) with our nation. Tourists may now visit our presitgious beaches and anchient ruins dating back over 3500 years ago.

We shall begin opening diplomatic ties by establishing embassy trades with other nations outside our region. Let this be a step in the right direction for peace, unity, and progress.

3p0x1 is willing to trade embassies with our neighbor and wishes to promote further trade agreements with your nation.

We would like to purchase 35,000 tons of oil from your nation for a lump sum of 1 million. Our freighters will be enroute to your harbor as soon as the order is confirmed.

We'd also like to establish a military base to protect our assets in the region.

As an ally within the AIS Lorkhan will offer you the oil requested as well as an off shore oil drilling facility.

We also have a plot of land near our coastal city of Juno in which you are allowed to establish a military base. You may send over an envoy to survey the land and come to an agreement of it's cost.

The Foreign Commissary within The Incorporated States of Tom Joad remembers the actions of Lorkhan from years ago, such is the nature of diplomacy that the Foreign Commissary is willing to engage in active measures to ensure closer economic ties.
Such measures provisionally could include preferential treatment for ISTJ investors in Lorkhan, tax incentives for newly established companies and opening up of public sectors to said investors. We await your decision, regardless of the outcome though relations between our nations should remain on the agenda.

What ever your nation requests I'm sure we can come to negotians. An envoy will be sent to your nations capital to further discuss the oppertunities both our nations have by establishing ties. In the mean time the city of Cycore's corporate sector is ever expanding, and any outsourcing or business oppertunities you would like to be a part of by bringing your companies would be of no bother to us.

The Federal Democratic States of Enripta would like to add Lorkhan into its list of allies. We would be very glad if we have an embassy exchange.

We, too, desire an embassy exchange. We would also like to trade and possibly exchange military bases.

Lorkhan welcomes both Roach-Busters and Enripta as our allies. Both embassys shall be constructed within the capital city of Nod. We will send an envoy to your nation upon confirmation of the construction of our embassy.

Roach-Busters may also have a military base installed within our boarders. Please tell us whether you'd like a landlocked base or a port base. Also include whether or not you'd like an airfield.

The Empire of Layarteb is looking for uranium for our powerplants and reactors. Do you have any? We are willing to pay $13 per pound and will have a minimum of 100,000 pounds as an initial request with 10,000 coming each year for, at minimum, 40 years.

Total need: 500,000 lb. of Uranium
Total Yield: $6,500,000

In addition, Layartebian tourism could yield many millions per year as our citizens yearn for new and exciting places to visit.

Speaking on behalf of the Archduke and of all the citizens of the Grand Duchy of Monte Ozarka, I would much like to extend the hand of friendship to Lorkhan.

As such, we would gladly exchange embassies. We welcome a representative of Lorkhan to set up an embassy in our capital city Reisz. If you are to accept the only restrictions placed on this embassy are:
1) It shall not harbor any sort of large ordnance. ("Large ordnance" shall include WMD's, surface-to-surface missiles, smart bombs, bombs of yield greater than 5 tons, fighter/bomber/strike aircraft, MBT's, and field or mobile artillery.)
2) The total guard detail personnel must not exceed the number of 75.
3) No permanent weapon emplacement with a direct line of fire into territory not within the embassy will be erected within 100 feet of any street.

Furthermore, the GDMO government is very interested in establishing military and economic ties to your country. We would like to purchase at least 150,000 tonnes of steel at the price of $300 per tonne. This amounts to a minimum purchase of $45million per year. Furthermore, we would like to establish an oil refinery on your coast. Not only will this provide job opportunities for your citizens and increase your infrastructure, you may be able to cut in for lower prices. As for our military, they request a small strip of land along your coast that includes a deep-water port, capable of handling shipping of a maximum displacement of 110,000 tons. All we request is that you set aside the land. Our plans for this land include a naval station, complete with oiling and resupply stations, dry docks, and on-shore auxiliary facilities, and a naval air station, complete with a naval air wing, airstrips, radar, command/control facilities, refueling/resupply stations, and ground support stations. If compensation is needed for this land, we will provide it.

I know the feeling. I found that this helps. Keep open Notepad (Textpad for me) and copy and paste the post from NS to there and save it as like RP_Queue.txt and then if all goes out you still have it on Notepad or Textpad. I've been doing that since the old forums, when you had to hit the back button when the forums jozzed out and then sometimes it would be blank, very frustrating.

Anyhow the Empire of Layarteb is glad that you can be of service. We will offer tourism packages to your country and so on and so fourth. Could we possibly transport the Uranium via ship? Let us know what port to use and we will wire (for the first shipment of 100,000 pounds of Uranium a total of $1,300,000. However, due to your generosity we would like to top that off at $2,000,000).
