The Palladian Technate uses an augmentation system called "ARC", or Augmented Robotic Clothing. ARC systems come in the form of wetsuit-like form-fitting suits constructed out of a material similar to kevlar. A network of nanomachines are woven into every inch of the cloth carrier. The benefit of nanomachines in a cloth carrier over hydraulic exoskeletons is that ARC suits feel like nothing more than normal clothing to the wearer and add no external bulk, while other systems are awkward and clumsy. ARCs used by the Palladian Technocrat Army offer an augmentation of 2x speed, 10x strength, 100x ranged weapon accuracy when used in conjunction with wearable computers. We also use the augmented strength of the wearer to support a decidedly heavy suit of armor, which includes a fuel cell-based power source and wearable computer, as well as autotargeting, in-helmet data displays and self-repairing systems for the ARC itself. Now, we are not offering the armor or computer systems to you, but you may use the ARC suit for whatever purpose you wish. As a gesture of friendship, we will send engineers to your nation to advise your military on what external systems to add to the ARC to suit your needs.
The Palladian Technate is based on Technocracy, and as such money is worthless to us. I am certain that your nation has something of interest to us, I will allow you to propose a payment first. We would be willing to manufacture and export ARCs to you, or provide you with the machinery to make them yourself. Can we interest you in the Gland Warrior? The gland warriors are voluneer soldiers who have chemical and nanotechnical modifications made on their metabolisms until the metabolism is working at far beyond peak capacity - this involves the implantation of chemical producing glands, and minor modifications to the lymphatic system, adrenal gland, thyroid system, cardio-vascular system and so on. More extensive modifacations are made on the muscular and skeletal system as well. The key element of the package above is the "Drug-Keyed Metabolism" - it helps the Gland warrior against non-keyed drugs, but makes him completely dependant on a special set of drugs which he also gains additional effect from. These drugs are hereafter known as "The Juice". The juice induces a killing frenzy in the soldiers and when combined with their altered metabolisms make them a terrifying opponent. So, do we have a deal?

Is there, perhaps, a nonmilitary resource or technology you would like to share? The Technate is not entirely interested in expanding or improving the Armed Forces Sequence at this time. We are in need of synthetic ploymers and other plastics at the moment, as well as a few other rare materials that you may have, or perhaps a piece of equipment or unique power source that you may wish to share.
