Nigeria Calling: 0 million up for grabs to any nation however big
Secret IC: The HRA is looking to move a large amount of money $5 billion to be exact from our main acount to a more secret swiss one immediatly, as we have been tipped off that the authorities namely, the Huzen Hagen Fraud Squad and Anti-Terroism Branchs, are planing to raid our old accout in which the money is in but are waiting for a warrant of some kind. Unfortunatly the tip off also stated that the authorities were monitering the account and as no warrant is needed to intercept funds leaving the account we cant risk a straight transfer. However one of my finachial advisers has made me aware of a loop hole in Huzeny and International Law. Under Article 218 of the Locarno pact to which Huzen Hagen is a member no country may touch fund of another nation. Therefor the plan is to secretly transfer the funds into an another nations account. Then into our swiss acount where we can divid the money so it is impossible to trace. In return for a nation providing their bank account we would be willing to pay $100 million. The transaction wounld be interly private and other nation would no you had provided us with help. Any nation wishing to earn something for nothing post here.

OOC:Of course neither am i :) i just need a couple though-
Secret IC: the ones i need are a serial number for the account (so i no where i am transfering the money to), the date it was opened (just as confirmation), the amount of funds currently inside the account (for two reasons, firstly that i know it is your nations actual acount and not one with 2p in and you claim that a small band of men posing as the gov conned me :), secondly so that when the tranfer takes place i can moniter).
OOC: As i want to make the thread as realistic as possible i will want to post all the details of the transfer which i have been reading up on on the internet. If you want to post them its fine but theres quite a lot or otherwise i can do it for you (il do the hard work...tuts... :) ) in which case could you include the accounts access code (along with the other details i mentioned in Secret IC)to your account so i can handel the money once it is inside and transfer it to the swiss one thanks)
