Our Most Beloved General of jKLjhJcJEjGrjh (jKLjhNB Jc KWNB JErBjKRjh jGrjhJkNBjKRjhZhm,) or CACILID for employment of empire languages, bhKkdoPB (Bakiþop,) will attend this meeting. He brings with him his wife and executive secetary, MhXhNB (Margcha,) 3 consultants from the Sachkayee (NaXKYJk) private security corporation, the Head Admiral of jKLjhJcKWJEVh (jKLjhNB Jc KWNB JErBjKRjh VhNhZhmjKRjh) or CACIN for employment of empire languages, KkKkDqNhDePB (Kikidusadep,) and one personal butler to His Highness.

For the soul purpose of protecting the officials here all 4 employees of Sachkayee will be heavily armed and at least one should accompany each member of the KcKkjNHjB diplomatic team at all times. Sachkayee is a purely mercenary organization and will only serve to protect the delegation. The consultants are to have no contact with them while on this trip and bhKkdoPB himself will insure this promise is kept.

We also reqeust that the campus is protected as enemies of the megacity government might find a means to attack the site in an effort to kill the aforementioned diplomatic team and might inflict collateral damage resulting in unacceptable damage. jKLjhNB Jc KWNB will gladly provide the funds needed to strengthen your counterterrorist efforts in order to keep this meeting safe in the unlikely event an attack is planned.

CACILID also plans to assault the PCC cells with renewed vigor and capture and confine the sympathizing communities to attempt to restrain them inside KcKkjNHj borders unless the meeting is complete.

jKLjhNB Jc KWNB notes that other nations attending the confrences might also have their own enemies to deal with and recommends they provide aid to Farflung law enforcement to ensure that the peace confrences will not be interrupted by inexcusable atrocities.

PS: CAC will only join the meeting should Gray's Hill accept Farflung as a suitable meeting place. 2 fighters will be used to transport the delegates due to their heavy armor and significant safety standards. The fighters will be unarmed. Sachkayee will transport their employees with their own means.

The USSCR will be sending the Foreign Minister's 3rd Aide if two conditions are met:

1.) No weaponry of ANY sort is allowed inside the peace talks.

2.) More OOC than anything: No posts in the war thread.

The security set up is as follows :
No weapons in side the meeting hall
all non -Farflung security personnel will wait with other staff in an adjoiniing room.
The Hotel and convention center as well as the royal palace will
guarded closely by the Regiment of Royal guard,
Furflung Royal police,and army units will be stationed at every major intersection in New Hope,Navy patrol boats will patrol the habour and sea approaches backed up by 2 destroyers of the royal navy.
In addtion 4 MIG-21 fighters will patrol the airspace over New Hope around the clock.
and all 4 Anti-Terrorist teams will be at the palace on full alert.
under cover police will also be in close proximity,and a battlion of marines with a company of ferret armored cars stands ready to respond at need.
we hope this meets with approval.

Farflung has few comittments that require military presence,therefore the bulk of our forces are on home ground and availible.and altough a small nation we
have a strong enough enconmy to cover this ,however you offer is most appreciated,still we do intend to stay totally neutral therefore can not accept aid from either side.
nor will we treat either side with prefference.
please take no offense at this as none is meant.
also we do not consider an attack unlikely ,and will be on full alert in case.

He looked up to one of his bodyguards as he checked his weapons and asked his second. "Do we have contact with DAF HQ?" The blue armoured giant answerd with a metalic tint in his voice. "Yes brother captain, the link has been established." Rift nodded and gave his sword and pistol to his bodyguard before entering the main hall and sat down at the chair with his name before it.

Your terms are acceptable Farflung. We will enter in modern military uniform instead of traditional due to cultural concerns regarding weapons but other than that we see no compromises to be made.

OoC: When the hell is this going to get underway? I don't like it when I'm kept waiting.

OOC: It seems neither Grays Hill nor Communist Reign has decided to participate. I think this is dead.

OOC: USSCR has replied to this threa, where as Grays Hill has not, meanwhile I would have to argue that not everyone can post as much as we can.

OOC: I'm sorry! I had to go to Myrtle Beach unexpectidly! My cousin is getting married in about a month, so I along with the rest of the family had to go up there and take care of some stuff.

IC: Grays Hill is happy that peace talks have resulted from this situation. We will be sending out Secretary of Peace Rustov Karos to New Hope to talk with the involved nations and come to peace.

OOC: My apologies as well, I made a trip North unexpectedly.

IC: The USSCR decides that it will be formal and wait for the aggressor to arrive first.

The plane was just touching down. The wheels screeched on the pavement that was the runway. As the plane rolled to its terminal, The Secretary of Peace prepared to be flooded with reporters as he exited the plane. To his suprise, there were relativly few. He paid them no mind as he kept on walking. His body guards cleared the way of reporters.

Outside of the airport, they got into their envoy of black cars. They proceeded towards the capital city of New Hope. They sped down the road with the flag of Grays Hill flapping in the wind. It wouldnt be long now until they reached the capital, and all the other diplomats would start to arrive.

A loud biplane of WWI origins touched down in Farflung's airport. Out of the pilot's position climbed a man of nearly 80, gray hair peeking out beneath his fur cap. From the second position disembarked a man dressed in a fine business suit, a mix of old and new.

They had to push their own way through the reporters before they found their rental car in the parking lot. The old man climbed in the driver's seat, speeding off towards the Capitol.

The Secretary of Peace had just arrived. He didnt waste any time by waiting to get out of the car and into the building. They went inside and seated themselves at the table. They were ready for the peace talks. Now all they had to do was wait for the other parties involved to arrive.

The old BMW pulled up to the building, the old man getting out along with the younger one. He straightened his fur hat, shifted his arms in his greatcoat, and strided in to the diplomatic talks.

The Secretary of Peace took a quick drink of coffee. He looked around and then said, "How should we begin the talks?"...

The old delegate stood up, taking off his fur hat and running his hand through his wispy gray hair.

"We demand that this war NOT proceed any further, and that peace be restored to all nations."

"Well we know that much" smirked the Secretary of Peace. His top advisor that followed along gave him a firm look. The SoP then adjusted his voice. "That we can do." He picked up his cell phone and dialed the presidents phone that goes everywhere with him.

"Call all forces back to home base sir." He muttered into the phone. Then he hung up and looked at the old man sitting across from him and said, "Ours are returning home, now how about yours? And I would also like to have a discussion about the 'rouges' if you dont mind."

The Old Man wiggled his chin in disgust, "This is a peace talk, not a trial. We cannot be held responsible for the actions of terrorists proceeding through their own wishes in activities violating your national law."

"We will allow our fleets to resume their normal positions, and stand down to a more passive level of defense," the old man continued, "HOWEVER, we demand full reparations for the expenses this Cold War has cost us, a war which was inherently brought upon us by your nation, falsley justified by terrorists."

OOC: Quick question to Communist Rule - Are we still assuming that one of your delegates aides is Iuthian and if so would you like me to RP it myself?

The Government of Grays Hill refuses to pay any expenses to Communist Rule. It is not our governments fault that your government doesnt crack down and catch these rouges/terrorist before they leave you nation. Therefore we will not pay for anything.
