OOC: Coilguns are actually less powerful than railguns, but have the advantage that they don't use as much juice. They're less technologically sophisticated, though, so a supermodern-tech nation is more likely to have them than railguns.

IC: The War Ministry of Ximea will purchase one Ultor-class ship. Money can be wired upon confirmation of shipment.

Furthermore, we wish to inquire as to the price of a "stripped" Ultor hull, which could then be outfitted for government research purposes.
