The court will be composed as soon as we can find seven neutral nations to act as judges.
In the first case, Ruthless Slaughter is being charged with the crime of dropping 3 nukes on heavily populated civilian areas.

weapons-tech would like to guard the court precidings. free of course killing civilians is not right (unless they started it)

then how about in our auditurium we can seat over 1 million people in it. plus we have the best in automated defences. that should be enough to house the court

With all due respect, I would like the trial to take place at The Great Hall of C A D. All citizens will be barred from the building, and neutral parties can feel free to guard the installation as they fit. Please, if I'm to be convicted of anything, I would prefer it on my home soil. I would also like to add that the areas I hit with nukes also had rather large military bases on them as well. Civilians are NEVER a target of my military unless they try to bring harm to my troops, like when those Hatarian civilians came charging out with pithforks and whatnot.

Doomingsland, for now on all your posts in this thread will be ignored by me, because you have no reason to be participating in it besides the fact a nation from an alliance you are in is being charged.

As I recall, he did fight for one piece of Hataria before Whittier announced that no nations would take pieces of the nation as spoils of war. If you can't find the list, then I would like him as a witness to speak on my behalf. Sorry Doomingsland, but the legal battlefield is more of my strongpoint.

If they have questions on law, Whittier will advise.

My I hope if you ever get into armed combat (like if they bring back the draft) you are more skilled with the rifle than you are with the tongue, the pen, and the keyboard. In the interests of clarification, and also the opening of an international dialogue, what are your aims in these tribunals? Do you wish to deter nations from using such methods in warfare? And in that case, do you believe that convicted leaders would target you or any of the involved nations for these tribunals? (OOC: seeing as how users represent their countries and not just their elected leaders, do you think that they would come after you with any means necissary for this? Sorry about the questions, by the way.)
