After the recent Hatarian-Whittier Pact war, Hataria was left in a state of ruin. Watching the war from the sidelines Canan offered to setup a deal where they would receive aid and protection from Canan. If anyone violates the soveignty of Hataria it will be taken as a direct act of war against Canan and they will be dealt with accordingly.

This treaty, formed between the two nations of Canan and Hataria, are to take place immediately after signing.
Conditions to for aid:
1) Hataria is to allow the Canan Military to build 2 Army bases, 1 Naval base, and 1 Air Force base. The Hatarian government shall maintain the rights to choose the locations for said bases.
2) Hataria shall become a protectorate of Canan until rebuilding has been finished. Canan diplomats as well as Koton diplomats shall assist the Hatarian government in their daily duties.
3) Hataria must allow Canan and its allies the use of Hatarian waters and air space.
4) All weapons of mass destruction must be destroyed. Hataria must agree to never attempt to gain any weapons of mass destruction.
5) Once the government of Hataria has finished rebuilding and begins to make a profit, the Hatarian government must pay reparations to the nations involved in the war between the Whittier Pact and Hataria.
In return Canan will supply Hataria with economic aid for 10 years, military aid for 7 years.
If this treaty is agreed upon and signed by the following nations: Canan, Hataria, and Koton.
