The nation of Hammerite Sanctur, is very curious about the sudden appearance of the continent Manium and would like to research this appearance in an attemp to recreate it. It is prospected to cost 75-150 Billion dollars to research this large project. It will be headed by the Hammer leading R&D facility, Shadow Projects. All nations funding this research are able to claim territory if it is a success. (OOC: A region is created already but wont be open until research is 'completed') It is prospected to take 5-10 years to develop Genesis. Updates on the progress of Genesis will be provided via telegram if wanted, or if all would like it to be, by the head scientist. A conference will be held at Grimdon's Shadow Projects lab for delegates to debate if this is a purposeful issue, or argue the price is to large, or just need to talk to the scientists if they are willing to lend researchers over to the Shadow Projects team.

Research Progress:

Through recent research on Genesis, scientists have been able to create small amounts of land mass for the continent. We believe we also understand how this is able to be done, but we may be wrong. From the recent research, we believe if we take a few elements to deposit as ground for the new continent, we could make land. This would require large amounts of that element ofcourse to create such a land mass. So therefore, if we take the elements and and package them within a very large bomb with raw matter, it should be able to decrease the amount of the element required many times. We have had no progress on the development of life on the new continent yet. We would ask any others who might have the knowledge on for creating the life. The only alternative to create life is to take many plants and animals from different places to start inhabiting the continent, but then it would take years before the continent itself would be able to support the animals AND any humans that inhabit this continent.

Samtonia is willing to offer funds for the project. We would need the details and all experimental work given to us as soon as we enter into this research project. One question we have is whether or not these areas of land retain what is under them, i.e: If there is oil, is the oil kept under the new landmass?

Samtonia and Docere we thank thee. Of course, all nations offering funds will receive the complete data to recreate this phenomenon. As well as able to stake claims on the newly developed continent. Other nations that do not fund will have to buy the data at full pricing to get this information, so its basically a very large discount. As for the qestion about the oil or other substance, we aren't sure as of yet, we would most likely find out through more research or the actual deployment of the first genesis bomb.

We don't think you understand. We are willing to pay as much as is needed to complete this project. Money is not an issue because Samtonia hereby funds this project. We will expect total production rights of any technology obtained through this, but that and other issues can be worked out later. Basically, we will pay all costs so research CAN go on.

I too am interested in the prospects of terraforming uninhabited worlds I have discovered. I would also like to contribute funding for this project.

OOC: Im sorry, but to do all this theorectically, it would be future tech, i cant describe the process for creating land on a planet with land, its too complicated. If i was future tech, genesis would go on. Thats why super-cav is being used now, it is in the aspects of moderntech
