After a few more of these events took place in South-Africa me and the honourable nation of Stevid have decided to help South-Africa to rid itself of these criminals and their henchmen.

PS: South Africa WAS no rollover, they had 9 nukes and a space program. At that time they would also have responded something like this to the idea of crushing criminal groups in general. OOC: Just for future Reference, i own Mozambique, so dont try to invade or something, i have quite a few strong allies. I will glady let you use our airbases or water to launch operations against drug dealers and such, and we have closed off the border with south Africa.

CAC engineers have begun to construct an airstrip and minor deep water port for your use. There is also a delivery of some of the newer missles from DENEL courtesy of the company. The wish for field tests of the Scramkiller AGM and also feel you may be appreciative of their technology. We would like to know what type of facilities and what medium of force you desire to support on the new base.

Parthia supports our allies in Holy Panooly. If UWA blockades HP or Stevid we will provide support to HP including the 300 ship Hormuz Fleet. In addition, we will provide troops should HP request it.

They will make sure that you won't make a stupid mistake. Only Brydog, CAC, me and Stevid are allowed in South Africa. If you trespass, than that can be considered as an act of war.

To Stevid: My fellow RWC alliance member has been given a piece of land in nothern South Africa. He will reign there while we control the remaining land of South-Africa, along with CAC.

The more of the area is urbanized in the fashion we use the less chance there will be of terrorist bases operating sucessfully. AC insists that free trade agreements will be realized between the colonies as CAC has no intention of policing the borders between itself and the colonies, the entire point being that they should be unusable by the enemy. Inkatha will likely want their own district near Durban as a reward for their services as well. Imperial Khoisan already reside in the Sterkfontein arcology.

On another note, we would prefer if Stevid tries for Namibia or Botswana, especially since the latter could quite possibley be a breeding ground for more terrorism. If necessary CAC will mobilize its heavy infantry forces to assist in invading Botswana. Namibia is barren CAC terrority which is not officially part of CAC yet for the most part. Note that a CAC city, Windhoek, is on Namibia.
