Well, I am joining this alliance.

Any alliance created by Hataria should be voided. This is due to the fact that at the moment he has nothing to aid an alliance. He has no military, and nothing to trade so it would be stupid. Besides Hataria you are a protectorate of Canan and I would think that if any nation attacked you, or me, that my allies would assist you and/or me so this alliance is basically not worth taking the time to write out. Also, I really would like it if you could tg me or something before you made any large decisions, that way, we can talk about it before you post it.

I have no comment... and if all of you go back and read some of my previous posts, I frequently say that i have no nuclear stockpile....I wasn't going to nuke him.... I was going to launch TLAMs at him (which would take a LONG time to drive his nation underwater....)

Hattaria, we will back you up, as we would anyone, in a military conflict that is justified, and if you are attacked or invaded our defence forces will intervene. However you must agree not to use WMD without precedent again.

Hataria's military should be the last thing on his mind. He should be thinking about how he should go about rebuiling his nation.

Agreed, lay the foundations: A 60,000 Strong Force, 500 Tanks, 100 Planes, 10 Ships and Several Military Bases but then it is up to him.

The Whittier Pact made a collective offer of $800,000,000,000 to you Hattaria and you refused. This would have set you up for the next 5 Years and by that time your economy would have been flourishing.
