The Empire of Balrogga is about to undergo a period of expansion and colonization. We are planning on visiting several stars and possibly claiming some of the worlds for ourselves.
I was wondering what systems were already taken.
I do not wish to accidently invade another nations space.
Could the space races please post their territiories here? This is all considered OOC. Nothing from this Thread can be used to discover a players homeworld in order to attack.

OOC: Balroggia, the galaxy is a big place and there's not all that many space nations out there either. In other words their is planty of room. However, I think you are referring to technically named systems, yes? As in astronomy? Examples, like Alpha Centauri, Epsilon Indi, stuff like that? You might be thinking of doing the same thing, I don't know, or, as I did, name the systems you species have colonized in your own races language. Either method to me does the job.
My race occupies 21 star systems. We are located in the Saggitarius arm, Antispinward, about 300LY from Earth and occupy an area of approximatly 8000LY (20x20x20) cubed.

Yes, I am referring to the real names of the stars. I am thinking of heading towards the constelation Lepus (below Orion) and settling on a few worlds there and the Clustar M79. There are a few other stars that I am interested in but my main push will be in that direction. I will use the nation on Terra as one of my capitals.
I just didn't want to step on anyone's toes if they claimed territory in those areas.
Also this Thread would provide a listing of the space nations, something I have not seen yet.
I can remember seeing a map once, of stars...
