Way too cheap, really. Good attack helicopters can get into the tens of millions. Even say the French Gazelle, a widely exported cheap helicopter, goes for like 3 million.

Directed EM radiation, such as microwave energy, could be produced and projected in an outward cone which would disable the guidance systems of any missiles or enemy aircraft in its path. The system would be bulky, however, and hard to aim. Beats turning your best pilot into crater paste, though.

The EMP device directs a targeted (targeting is handled by computer based radar tracking systems) "beam" of energy outward from the chopper, with a strength and effectiveness that drops off as the distance from the origination point increases and interference from natural EM sources, rain, obstructions, etc increases. On a perfectly clear day with average background natural EM sources, a standard ANRAM missile's electronic guidance system can be rendered inoperable at a distance of up to 0.75 miles for a period of 40 seconds. The EMP device itself has no effect on the chopper's electronics since it works as a targeted beam from a nose mounted deflector dish.

These can easily hit 8 million depending on customization. The quoted price is for a basic, stripped down model (Plus, we're having a blue light special sale).

see above, I realize the price is cheap, again, it is the customization and addition of weapons systems and their support hardware that "ups" the price. Note also that we are "overstocked" with 600 sitting there and unsold.

Blackhawks (basic level): 9-12 million, base price. Advanced models cost as much as 30million.

The cardboard and foam construction techniques used for these units are of great interest to Western Asia...is there any chance that you might be able to share this information?

Seriously, the engines cost more than $1.5m...avionics will cost you several more. Also, noone has quite found a way to use HERF guns (focused EMI, as you're describing) in a very controlled manner since the radio waves tend to 'bend' back around enough to affect the gear of the operator. Luckily, foam is a good shock absorber so the pilots may survive.

OOC: just post that you have wired the money to our account with the world bank or some such similar RP, that will take care of how to pay me (and for the most part, how you should pay others).

IC: The price for the two medical choppers will be $7.75 million each. They are our most expsense (except for fully custom jobs). For that price you get 3 outboard pods per "wing". Each pod is armor plated to ensure safety of the occupants, they are connected to 14" LCD monitors (one per pod) in the jump seats behind the pilot and co-pilot. These screens will display for the medical personnel aboard the choppers the blood pressure, heart, respiration rate, brain activity and other vital data of the wounded in the pods. They will monitor for fixed and/or dilated pupils and similar vital signs and indications of potential permanent harm/injury/death. Additionally, they are hermitcally sealed and will permit computer controlled manipulations of the atmosphere so that oxygen, nitrogen, etc. gas levels and their pressure relative to sea level can be manipulated, monitored and controlled. Full control of mounted IV's, saline, morphine, etc. drips is provided to the medical personnel via the touch screen medical monitors as well. Emergency "drop" of any or all Pods is possible with the ability to enable sea or land touchdowns via parachute. Standard issue sea and land survival kits are present in each pod should this be necessary.

The battle choppers are being shipped with:
1) A compliment of 24 tomahawk cruise missles (Note that each chopper has only 2 launchers (one per "wing") when the chain guns are in place, but can expand to carry 3 per "wing" or a total of 6 per chopper.).
2) Twelve wing mounted (4 per chopper) 7.62mm electronicically fired Chain guns with helmet mounted, laser sighted, infra-red capabilities, firing over 9,500 rounds/minute.
3) Quad ANRAM missile launchers (2 per chopper) and 48 "round" TOW missile launchers (2 per chopper) with 1024 TOW missiles and 96 ANRAM missiles.

Upon receipt of 1/2 of the payment due, we will ship 2/3 of the choppers. Upon reciept of the final 1/2 due, the remaining choppers will be yours. The price for chopper with ordered weapons's and support systems will be 8.0 million USD each.
