NWV's Radiological Storefront
All materials included in this storefront are radioactive - they are enriched using either Nuclear Reactors or a Centrifuge and therefore must be transported under the highest security conditions. Special thick lead cases will be provided with each order.
Enriched Uranium:
Uranium metal is very dense and heavy. Depleted uranium is used by some militaries as shielding to protect tanks, and also in parts of bullets and missiles, as it is extremely dense. The military also uses enriched uranium (more than natural levels of U-235) to power nuclear propelled navy ships and submarines, and in nuclear weapons. Fuel used for United States Navy reactors is typically highly enriched in U-235 (the exact values are classified information). In nuclear weapons uranium is also highly enriched, usually over 90% (again, the exact values are classified information).
Price: $450 Per Gram (Enriched)
Price: $1000 Per Kilogram (Depleted)
Plutonium:
Plutonium is a key fissile component in modern nuclear weapons, due to its ease of fissioning and availability. The critical mass for an unreflected sphere of plutonium is 16 kg, but through the use of a neutron reflecting tamper the pit of plutonium in a fission bomb is reduced to 10 kg, which is a sphere with a diameter of 10 cm. Complete detonation of plutonium will produce an explosion of 20 kiloton per kilogram.
Plutonium could also be used to manufacture radiological weapons or as a (not particularly deadly) poison. The plutonium isotope 238Pu is an alpha emitter with a half life of 87 years. These characteristics make it well suited for electrical power generation for devices which must function without direct maintenance for timescales approximating a human life time. It is therefore used in RTGs such as those powering the Galileo and Cassini space probes; earlier versions of the same technology powered seismic experiments on the Apollo Moon missions.
Price: $200 Per Gram
Caesium:
Caesium is most notably used in atomic clocks, which are accurate to 5 seconds in 300 years. More recently this material has been used in Ion Propulsion system - The next Generation of Propulsion.
Its effects when coupled with an explosive device are unknown, but as it is a highly radioactive substance it is very difficult to produce in large quantities as it simply explodes when in contact with the air. However we have been able to produce relatively large quantities by using Electromagnets to keep the radiation at bay.
Price: $1000 Per Gram
Francium:
Radioactive element belongs to group 1 of the periodic table. Found in uranium and thorium ores. The 22 known isotopes are all radioactive with the most stable being Fr-223. Its existence was confirmed in 1939 by Marguerite Perey.
One of the most radioactive elements on the planet, buying Francium gives a Unique chance to study this extrodinary material. Many believe this material could provide the 'core' or blueprint for a Neutron Bomb, others are more sceptical. However one thing is for sure, this material has destructive qualities if harnessed in the correct way.
Price: $5000 Per Gram
Heavy Water:
Heavy water is used in certain types of nuclear reactors where it acts as a neutron moderator to slow down neutrons so that they can react with the uranium in the reactor. The CANDU reactor uses this design. Light water also acts as a moderator but because light water absorbs neutrons, reactors using light water must use enriched uranium rather than natural uranium, otherwise criticality is impossible.
Heavy Water is a key part of creating an Atomic Bomb. Its something no nation can go without.
Price: $2000 Per Gallon
Heavy Water Plant:
In 1934, Norsk Hydro built the first commercial heavy water plant with a capacity of 12 tonnes per year at Vemork. During World War II, the allies decided to destroy the plant and its heavy water in order to inhibit the German development of nuclear weapons. Now newer more efficient reactors are available, and they can mass produce the heavy water relied upon for producing an Atomic Bomb. This is the unique chance to have a Heavy Water Reactor Built in your country, and for your country to attempt to build its own WMD.
Price: $300,000,000
Centrifuge:
A centrifuge is used for centrifugation. It is a device for applying force to a sample, usually by motor driven rotary motion of the sample. There are many different kinds of centrifuges, often for very specialized purposes.
Other centrifuges are used to separate isotopes, and these kinds of centrifuges are in use in nuclear power and nuclear weapon programs.
Exceptionally large centrifuges are used to test the reactions of pilots and astronauts to acceleration above those experienced in the Earth's gravity.
Price: $1,500,000 For Large Centrifuge (Capable of enriching 1000lb of Radiological Substance per year.)
Price: $500,000 For Small Centrifuge (Capable of enriching 500lb of Radiological Substance per year)
Nuclear Reactor:
A nuclear reactor is an apparatus in which nuclear fission chain reactions are initiated, controlled, and sustained at a steady rate. Nuclear reactors provide heat for electricity generation, domestic and industrial heating, desalination, and naval propulsion. They also have many research applications including providing a source of neutrons and creating various radioactive isotopes.
It is a key piece of equipment for anybody wanting to mass produce Nuclear Weapons.
Price: $400,000,000
'Dirty Bomb':
A simple explosive device with a radioactive core. The core included in this bomb in Uranium, however it can be customised if you wish to buy any of the other radioactive elements. It can deliver a small radioactive blast over a radius of 1.5 miles. This will dissapate in time but the damage and casualties will be high. Perfect for a terrorist organisation.
Price: $500,000
Likely Urban Casualties: 10,000
Atomic Bomb:
Fission bombs derive their power from nuclear fission, where heavy nuclei (uranium or plutonium) split into lighter elements when bombarded by neutrons (producing more neutrons which bombard other nuclei, triggering a chain reaction). These are historically called atom bombs or A-bombs, though this name is not precise due to the fact that chemical reactions release energy from atomic bonds and fusion is no less atomic than fission. Despite this possible confusion, the term atom bomb has still been generally accepted to refer specifically to nuclear weapons, and most commonly to pure fission devices.
Not a Thermonuclear device, but if you wish to purchase a small WMD without all of that R&D then this is the weapon for you.
Price: $2,000,000 (1.5 Megaton)
Likely Urban Casualties: 500,000-700,000
Thermonuclear Bomb:
And this is the end result, for all those who wish to skip the hard work and go straight onto the good stuff. Here it is.
A nuclear weapon that releases atomic energy by union of light (hydrogen) nuclei at high temperatures to form helium, it is otherwise known as a Hydrogen bomb.
Price: $5,000,000 (5 Megaton)
Price: $10,000,000 (10 Megaton)
Likely Urban Casualties: 1,000,000-5,000,000
MGM-134A Midgetman:
The Scowcroft Commission recommended the development of a new, lightweight missile carrying only one reentry vehicle. President Reagan authorized full-scale development of the Small ICBM (SICBM) in December 1986. SICBMs would be housed in mobile launchers based at widespread locations. When hostilities threatened, the launchers would drive out onto the roadways and scatter across the country. The program narrowly escaped termination in 1988 because of reduced funding. It achieved its first totally successful flight test on 18 April 1991, when a SICBM that had been cold-launched from a canister at Vandenberg AFB reached its target in the Kwajalein Test Range.
Its range is around 4500 Miles, and is compatible with NWV's own makes of Thermonuclear devices.

Spores of this bacteria can be used in biological warfare. US Army personnel are now routinely vaccinated prior to active service in places where biological attacks are considered a threat. The anthrax vaccine, produced by BioPort Corporation, contains no live bacteria, and is approximately 93% effective in preventing infection. Anthrax vaccination is one of many factors suspected of causing Gulf War syndrome.
Price: $500,000 per Kilogram
Likely Urban Casualties: 50,000-100,000
Ricin:
The protein ricin (pronounced rye-sin) is a poison manufactured by the castor bean (Ricinus communis). Ricin can be extracted from castor beans and is known to have an average lethal dose of 0.2 milligrams (1/5,000th of a gram). It is considered to be twice as deadly as cobra venom.
Price: $100,000 per Kilogram
Likely Urban Casualties: 25,000-40,000
Bubonic Plague:
Bubonic plague is an infectious disease that is believed to have caused several epidemics or pandemics throughout history. And is now reborn in a weaponized virus form. Extremely resilient to most anti-bacterial agents and extremely difficult to stop with immunization as its modern form has mutated to become immune, this Biological Agent is extremely dangerous. And capable of causing casualties in the near 1000's in an MEDC.
Price: $50,000 per Kilogram
Likely Urban Casualties: 10,000-15,000
Aflatoxin:
This is a class of biological carcinogens, product by certain molds, that induce liver cancer. Man and many other animals are susceptible to this material. The molds that produces this material grows well on grain, peanuts and other rich nutrients. Aflatoxins are readily extracted with ethanol and easily concentrated. They are stable on storage, but their stability after dispersal has not been reported. The onset of the cancer is uncertain and clearly dose dependent. As there are no known human tests on the toxicity of this material, it is impossible to assign a minimal lethal dose.
A very dangerous Biological Weapon. Highly Infectious and a tiny chance of survival.
Price: $120,000 per Kilogram
Likely Urban Casualties: 100,000-2,000,000
Smallpox:
The smallpox virus is a prime candidate for a BW because of the following characteristics:
It is a DNA virus whose genetic code has been sequenced.
It is easily (for a virus) cultivated and large quantities of the virus could be produced in a relatively short period of time. There is good evidence that Russia produced tons of smallpox during the cold war and there is some evidence that they still have it stored away.
It is a prime candidate for genetic engineering. It is easy to engineer it so that the current vaccines are no longer effective and to add virulence factors to the smallpox genome (e.g. botox gene) that would make it virtually 100% fatal.
It is highly infectious, being spread by close human contact. It can be contracted by inhaling the virus.
It is extremely hardy; surviving on fomites for days or weeks.
Most of the world's population is susceptible to this virus as routine vaccination was stopped when the WHO declared its eradication in 1979.
Price: $50,000 per Kilogram
Likely Urban Casualties: 10,000-20,000
IG Virus:
A creation of the Biological arm of Communist Missisipi's Government - An unbelievably powerful virus which creates - literally - hell on earth by reversing the evolutionary process of a subjects brain to render him almost 'non-human', this 'non-human' is driven by primary impulses - the impulse to feed. Effectively turning a subject into 'zombie like' creature. The nation can then be obliterated via air power at will.
Price: $2,000,000 per Kilogram
Likely Urban Casualties: None. Virus disabilitates human beings.
Q Fever:
Human infection of Q Fever is usually be inhalation or ingestion of aerosol particles or by tick bite. However recent developments have turned it into a strain of Biological Weaponry. Humans are highly susceptible to the disease, but over half of infections are asymptomatic and it is rarely transmitted by person to person contact. When the organism does cause clinical symptoms, after a incubation period of 10 to 40 days it is marked by high fever, severe headache, myalgia, confusion, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, generalized chest pains, and weight loss. The fever usually lasts 7 to 14 days. Up to 50% of acute patients will develop pneumonia. The liver is often also damaged and some patients will later develop hepatitis. However, most patients will return to good health within 60 days, even without treatment. Only 1%-2% of people with acute Q fever die.
A cheap Biological Weapon, that when used in large quantities can be relatively effective.
Price: $50,000 per Kilogram
Likely Urban Casualties: 5,000-7,000
Cholera:
Vibrio cholerae causes disease by producing a toxin that disables the GTPase function of G proteins which are part of G protein-coupled receptors in intestinal cells. This has the effect that the G proteins are locked in the "on position" binding GTP (normally, the G proteins quickly return to "off" by hydrolizing GTP to GDP). The G proteins then cause adenylate cyclases to produce large amounts of cyclic AMP (cAMP) which results in the loss of fluid and salts across the lining of the gut.
Price: $80,000 per Kilogram
Likely Urban Casualties: 9,000-12,000
Tularemia:
Tularemia (also known as "rabbit fever") is a infectious disease caused by the bacterium Francisella tularensis. The disease is endemic in North America, and parts of Europe and Asia. The primary vectors are ticks and deer flies, but can also be spread through other arthropods. Rodents often serve as reservoir hosts.
Price: $20,000 per Kilogram
Likely Urban Casualties: 500-2,000
Suitcase Biological Weapon:
Works on the same principle as a Suitcase Nuke, but with a Biological weapon at the core. The total amount of Kg of Biological Agent in the Suitcase is 7kg. This facilitates for a large scale attack bringing 1000's of casualties. This is another novel idea for smaller less capable nations wanting to provide a detterant. Uses a traditional Timer and Explosive Device.
Price: $1,500,000 per Kilogram (for The Explosive Device, Suitcase and Biological Agent)
Likely Urban Casualties: Depends on Virus
Jupiter-C IRBM:
Compatible with Warheads equipped with Chemical or Biological Agents and therefore (as most nations who purchase Chemical or Bilogical Weapons are on a budget) is relatively cheap and from 1961. IT works by ejecting off rockets and injecting propellant in 4 stages. And has a total range of 900 Miles. Perfect for a rogue nation needing a Medium Ranged Detterant.
Price: $25,000,000
'Model Rocket' Delivery Device:
It's here people, the one that will revolutionize WMD. A Delivery system adapted and designed using the blueprint of a childs rocket toy. Its range is only 144 Miles, and its not the accurate weapon that some of the larger ICBM delivery systems are (it is only equipped with a basic GPS Targetting System) but it can still hit a city from some way out. This weapon is tiny and requires absolutely no launch pad, it is perfect for a terrorist nation who wishes to have a delivery system for WMD but can't afford ICBM's.
(Only Compatible with Biological and Chemical Weapons)

NWV's Chemical Storefront
Sarin:
Sarin or GB (O-Isopropyl methylphosphonofluoridate) is a nerve agent accidentally discovered by German scientists in 1938 while researching organophosphate pesticides. The name is an acronym of the discoverers. Sarin was produced by Nazi Germany during World War II but was never used.
The newest weaponized strain of Sarin, more deadly than prievously thought possible, is immune to any possible anti-bacterial agent and in addition, stays alive in the air in gasseous form for almost a month.
Price: $60,000 per Kilogram
Likely Urban Casualties: 5,000-10,000
Mustard Gas:
Mustard gas is a chemical compound that was used as a chemical weapon in World War I. In pure form, it is a colourless, odourless, viscous liquid at room temperature and causes blistering of the skin. The name comes from impure mustard gas, which has an odour resembling mustard, garlic or horseradish. Other names include yperite, sulphur mustard, and Kampfstoff LOST or LOST gas. It was first synthesised by Frederick Guthrie in 1860, though it is possible that it was developed as early as 1822 by M. Depretz. V. Meyer would publish a paper in 1886 describing a synthesis which produced good yields.
This is a Chemical Weapon for a nation on a tight budget.
Price: $6,000 per Kilogram
Likely Urban Casualties: 500-1,000
VX Nerve Gas:
VX gas disrupts the transmission of communications between nerve cells. Symptoms of exposure to vx gas include increased heart rate and salivation, nausea, and vomiting. A fatal dose of vx nerve gas causes convulsions, respiratory paralysis, and death within several minutes.
The most powerful WMD available in my opinion, this strain is basically unstoppable but can be stopped with Atropine and Praladoxime Chloride. Apart from that - If it is a dangerous strain, It is the best Biological or Chemical or even Nuclear weapon around when couple with a good delivery system.
Price: $500,000 per Gram
Likely Urban Casualties: Millions
Gabon Nerve Gas:
A Cytotoxic (cell-destroying) Virus. Similar to that of the Puff adder. Extracted from the Gabon Adder and then condensed into a Gaseous form this Virus was treatable - However when weaponized with other Bacterium like this agent is - it is almost unstoppable.

Hydrogen Cyanide:
Hydrogen cyanide, also known as formonitrile, is the chemical compound with chemical formula HCN (with the carbon atom (C) being triple bonded to the nitrogen atom (N)). Hydrogen cyanide is highly poisonous. It is colorless and has a faint, bitter, almond-like odor. Some people are unable to smell cyanide at all, due to a genetic trait.
Price: $30,000 per Kilogram
Likely Urban Casualties: 5,000-15,000
Botulinum Toxin:
Often touted as the most toxic substance in the world or at least in the biological world, botox is an obvious front runner. C. botulinum can be isolated from its natural habitat, the soil and it has been obtained from culture supply houses. It is an obligate anaerobe, which makes it a bit difficult to grow, but this presents no serious obstacle to a competent microbiologist. It grows rapidly on common bacterial media and the conditions for achieving optimum toxin production are well researched. Purification of the botox protein is not difficult. One suspects that by using new affinity column chromatography, gram quantities could be isolated in a day or less, or even on a continuous-flow basis.
Our second most powerful Chemical Weapon available.
Price: $1,300,000 per Kilogram
Likely Urban Casualties: Millions
Pesticide Spraying Plane:

Anthrax Vaccine:
The only known effective prevention against anthrax is the anthrax vaccine. The vaccine was developed from an attenuated strain of B. anthracis. The vaccine derives from the cell-free culture filtrate of this strain and, in its final formulation, is adsorbed onto an aluminum salt. A well controlled clinical trial using an anthrax vaccine similar to the licensed anthrax vaccine was conducted in NWV mill. workers processing imported animal hair. During the trial, 26 cases of anthrax were reported at the mills - five inhalation and 21 cutaneous cases. Of the five inhalation cases, two individuals had received the placebo, while three individuals were in the observational group. Four of the five people who developed inhalation anthrax died. No cases of inhalation anthrax occurred in anthrax vaccine recipients. Based upon a comparison between the anthrax vaccine and placebo recipients, the authors calculated a vaccine efficacy level of 92.5 percent.
Price: $150,000,000 (For 50,000 Immunization Pills)
Smallpox Vaccine:
The smallpox vaccine helps the body develop immunity to smallpox. The vaccine is made from a virus called vaccinia which is a “pox”-type virus related to smallpox. The smallpox vaccine contains the “live” vaccinia virus—not dead virus like many other vaccines. For that reason, the vaccination site must be cared for carefully to prevent the virus from spreading. Also, the vaccine can have side effects. The vaccine does not contain the smallpox virus and cannot give you smallpox.
Price: $100,000,000 (For 50,000 Immunization Pills)
Bubonic Plague Vaccine:
Like most other orthodox Vaccines The Bubonic Plague Vaccine contains small amounts of the Virus within it, the Virus contained within the vaccine itself is genetically altered to remove the risk of actually contracting the entire disease. Only a small amount of symptoms such as coughing and wheezing are experienced, this is a highly developed vaccine with little known side-effects.

(Disclaimer: No Background Checks will be run on Nations - This is considered by NWV to be an invasion of privacy. All nations should have an equal chance when studying materials such as this - as well as the protective materials.

A small bi-plane that is traditionally used for spraying pesticides into crops. It has been refitted with a tank that supports all Chemical Weapons featured in this storefront. This plane provides yet another cheap delivery alternative to an IRBM or ICBM, providing smaller nations, or nations that don't want to fork out, with an effective means of a detterant, as well as devastating offensive capabilities when coupled with a powerful Chemical Weapon.

NWV's Antidote/Anti-Virus Storefront

Legal Notes:
(Disclaimer: No Background Checks will be run on Nations - This is considered by NWV to be an invasion of privacy. All nations should have an equal chance when studying materials such as this - as well as the protective materials. It is my Nations ideology that self protection and collective detterant in the terms of most NS Nations, even the small ones, having access to some kind of Weapon of Mass Destruction leads to less use of WMD Overall because there are no 'easy pickings' when it comes to use of WMD - Because WMD are theoretically owned by 90% of Nations. This is my final say on justification of this International Trading Store.
NWV Government is not in any way accountable for what other nations decide to do with this material. And any Military Force brought against me because of it will be met with the use of some of the Weapons seen on this Storefront - Any attempt to boycott the store will be met with the same reaction)
