OOC:Ersilia let me tell you something about Role Playing wars.
A:Role Play Realistically for your size, for example a nation with your population and economy would have stuff from the 70s, a VERY small army, no nukes or ICBMs, barely have a navy(consisting of PT boats and some destroyers), no strategic bombers, and no cruise missiles.
B: DO NOT POST THE ENEMIES LOSSES! You cannot do that and if you do you are considered godmodding and are ignored. If the enemie fires back its up too you too post your losses(and considering the enemies you faced earlier you would be crushed... completely)
C:RP realistically, its a good idea to know a hell lot about the military before getting into a war.
With these hints learned you should do FINE. I suggest finding a good war rp and learning from it.

Lastly, the war ends with one nation winning and one nation losing. Sneak attacks like the ones you got involved in are looked down upon and draws other countries to attack you.

.... and $12500 per head makes your economy strong?! I suggest you take the GDP calculators with a little pinch of salt.

Anyway even at $10000 per head hes going to be able to field either a very large obsolete army like you described (compaired to the size of his country) or a much smaller high tech one (as he could still maintain it). Though its never going to be in the numbers a more economically powerful nation could field.

There are many RL nations whose GDP is around $10000 per head who have newish (if not cutting edge stuff) They cant exactly make the stuff but they could mantain it if they bought it.

as for his size, it will affect the amount he has nothing else. SO yes, maybe a few destroyers. Maybe a cruiser or 2 under work and perhaps one day soon he can build an aircraft carrier. Or just buy one.

Still.. otherewise I agree, hes not exactly a direct major threat to world stability right now.

Though just disallowing poorer countries the rihght to field effective armies is effectively making many people sell out their nation's ideology if they want to have any military presence.
