The Admiralty of Stevid has said the the 1st Fleet of Stevid will set sail with one other allied fleet to an intended target. The target will remain undisclosed to other nations untill the occasion calls for it.
There is a reason and i'm sure he'll give it to those who are interested.
If any nation feels threatened and feels the need to investigate then by all meens, but say out of range of the two fleets (15 miles) or you will be concidered hostile, and all civilian planes and military planes will be hailed and asked why they have entered fleet airspace.
