****Broadcast from AusLas Agency****

Komrades throughout the world. We speak in the name of Revolutionary Socialism and offer security and economic aid to those following the path towards proletarian liberation.

AusLas is the international wing of the People's Revolutionary Party of Lasatania and acts as the eyes and ears of the party overseas. We are also the point of contact between foreign governments and our own.

We are currently seeking client states who require both military and economic assistance. Such nations would reap the full rewards of an economic and political relationship with our nation. The only concessions would be the establishment of Lasatania military bases in such nations and the forming of economic treaties.

However, the advantages far outweigh these. As a client nation, states can expect the full support of the Lasatania military should they be attacked. Note that aggressive actions are not supported...

Any nation wishing to consider these proposals should make themselves known to use immediately so we can negotiate a treaty between our states.

Together we can liberate those enslaved by capitalism!

OOC: Client states will receive a 20% discount on LAI prices, receive full strategic support from my nation. However, they must permit the establishment of military bases (generally naval bases and airbases), and purchase arms from Lasatania in preference to other nations.

Also economic assistance in the form of long-term contracts for goods etc will also be offered, though prices will in general be below 10% of the market rate.
