I am willing to work out a deal to end the Sevaris-Kahta conflict. However, Any possible treaties will not contain any of the below items.
1. Weapons reductions on either side.
2. One side gets more blame than the other.
To show my sincerity, I have renounced my declaration of war against Kahta. (OOC: There is historical precedent, Italy did it in 1943)
