Miratha

Disaster has struck Miratha. Mayor Kabapus was in his New Mirathan resort when he heard the news that a bomb has gone off in Miratha.
"My beautiful tower, destroyed..." Says Mayor Kabapus. The only real apparent damage was the complete obliteration of Mayor Kabapus' City Tower, a tall, black obelisk in Miratha. "Who would do such a thing to this benevolent ruler?"
"Well, I think it's great that someone's finally making a stand against that lunatic dictator," says Billy Thompson, leader of Underground Rebellion Incorporated. "That man has oppressed us for far too long. We openly support whoever is doing this."
One sighting comes from Richard Skillet from his window of the Mirathan Asylum. He stated he had seen "a man all dressed in black with four arms" near the site of the incident. A later report states that this sighting may or may not be correct, as asylum officials admit they had been attempting to aid the patients using mind drugs. "If these pills don't work, we can probably at least turn them into lunatic monsters to aid our weak military," says one of the scientists supervising the operation.
"We must make a stand against these dirty ruffians," says Mayor Kabapus. "At this point, we must gather as many allies as possible. What we need are weapons! Lots of 'em! Please, donate to the Mirathan army and together we shall destroy these cursed monsters!"
In other news, two bodies were recently found in a ditch on the outskirts of Miratha. These bodies have been hard to identify, as they were severely mutilated, but any attempts so far to read the barcodes on them (fairly damaged themselves) have turned up as former Underground Rebellion Incorporated leader William Thompson and former Mirathan Asylum patient Richard Skillet. Obituaries will be written soon. Also, renovations on the Mirathan Asylum have been started under Mayor Kabapus' authorization to replace any windows with walls. "After all, everyone knows asylum patients are nuts. They HATE the light. I'm thinking of their welfare."
