This treaty is to be a public record, afirming the friendship between Siesatia and Dor-Galen, the terms are as follows,

Siesatia will not assume any hostile actions against Dor-Galen or her allies.
Siesatia will commence imediate trade with Dor-Galen,
Siesatia will send teachers and Scientists to the technologically backwards Dor-Galen.
Siesatia will send support troops in Dor-Galen's troubled times.

Dor-Galen will not assume hostile actions against Siesatia or her allies.
Dor-Galen will commence imediate trade with Siesatia
Dor-Galen will allow the building of an airbase on its soil for use by Siesatia, and her allies.
Dor-Galen will send support troos in Siesatia's troubled times.

As Holy Emperor of Dor-Galen i hereby sign this and make it official

Foes beware for the Alliance is final

As the president of Siesatia, I do hereby sign the treaty.
