The United Socialist States of Vanua pledges it's support for Socialist nations in all parts of the world, and supports popular socialist uprisings where ever they may occur. In conflicts, not pertaining to revolutions, the USSV proclaims it's complte neutrality. The USSV maintains only a small military force and local police force for this reason. As a small island nation that is fairly isolated, but well endowed with resources, the USSV is a nation that seeks to preserve it's independence and prosperity and further the cause of social, economic and political equality in all nations. Any peace, equality and freedom loving nations may open embassies in the USSV's capital of Luku. While Socialist, the USSV respects views of other nations and will not agitate revolution in foreign lands and only supports revolution in nations where it is 100% home grown and supported by the great majority of the people and will review the revolutions it suppors through our Department of Revolutionary Affairs and the Department of Foreign Affairs. Let all nations be assured that the USSV is not hostile and is not out to simply defeat those who differ it.
